Looking for a luxurious house with privacy for everyone? This beautiful 4000+ Square Ft Home is complete with a 32x16 pool, hot tub, and a pool table, providing plenty of options to entertain you.

The Lauderdale House (permit # CASR-201528747) is a large 5.5 bath luxury home in the prestigious Cherokee Park neighborhood in Nashville. Privacy for everyone with this house! We can easily sleep 12 people in beds with a lot of privacy, but Nashville codes only allows us to list up to 4 bedrooms, and we must respect that ruling or be fined.

House Information:

New saltwater pool, hot tub, pool table, and plenty of king beds and private spaces, this home is our flagship property: the ultimate in comfort and privacy for girls weekends, business groups, or multiple families.

Inside this 4000+ sf home, you’ll find five king beds, one queen bed, one full bed, and one twin. And with 5.5 spacious baths, (and 3 water heaters!) access to showers and tubs is not a problem.

There is a spacious and well equipped kitchen, a living room/dining room with wood burning fireplace, the media room with a big screen tv, cable, Blu-Ray player and disc library, a full size pool table in the library room, and of course, 5 ½ bathrooms. Other amenities include a large library, washer & dryer, a great assortment of small appliances for the kitchen, board games, hairdryers in each bathroom, iron & ironing board and high speed WIFI.

We want our guests to soak up every minute of Nashville, so we'll be leaving you to enjoy your stay. If you need anything at all, please contact Local Rental Host, as they are on call 24/7 and happy to help!

The Lauderdale House is in a super safe, quiet and established neighborhood. It’s very easy to find: only two turns off i-440, and just 2.2 miles from Vanderbilt University. And to get to the famous Ryman Auditorium, Bridgestone Arena, Music City Center, and the honky tonks of lower Broadway is just 4 miles straight down West End to Broadway.

The Lauderdale House is serviced by Uber, Lyft, and every taxi company in Nashville.

We had a group a 8 stay for a birthday weekend. Loved how much space there was in both common areas and in bedrooms. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, away from touristy areas of Nashville. Host was responsive and we would definitely return!

Great Stay!

The house is great, plenty of space, the pool and hot tub were a welcome amenity, the location is a short car ride to the all attractions but is nice an quiet at night. We highly recommend this listing.

House was decorated very cool. We especially liked the purple piano and spacious bathrooms! Kitchen needs spatulas for grilling outdoors! Salt water pool was great!

A week in Nashville

We truly enjoyed our stay at this home. The management team were very responsive to any questions or needs we had. The layout of the home is perfect for a group stay. The neighborhood is so nice and quiet and everything is within 5-10 miles.

Good for bachelorette stay

The house was in a good location and had lots of space for a big group. There were some issues - one of the toilets wasn’t working when we arrived (the host send someone to fix it two days later); a number of light bulbs were out; there were a good number of lightbulbs out and cobwebs; lots of drawers were missing knobs; and the hot tub cover was very broken. The house could use some general fixing up and a good deep clean.

There were dirty dishes left in the oven with food on it, dishwasher was extremely dirty on the inside so we have to hand wash all of dishes, missing utensils for cooking and dish cloths/ hand towels were very minimal available. However, the house is extremely spacious and was great for my bachelorette party of 10 people. Almost everyone had their own bedroom. The pool and hot tub were a nice touch. Beds were comfortable.

Thanksgiving in Nashville

Well equipped kitchen great for family reunion. Comfortable, well laid out house in a convenient location were added benefits. Marcia and Greg were very helpful in helping us plan our Thanksgiving in Nashville. We will be back!

Comfortable Stay, Fully Stocked House

We really enjoyed our time at the Lauderdale house. There was plenty of room for our large family and the house was stocked with the necessities for our week long stay (dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee/filters, condiments, etc.) The house was also located in a beautiful neighborhood and close distance to many of the must-sees in Nashville. The hosts are very friendly and accomodating, we would definitely recommend this house for guests looking for a 5 star, comfortable, easy experience in Nashville!

PROS: size of house, location to everything, quiet beautiful neighborhood, very unique layout and design, 7 bedrooms, 4 living/sitting areas, beds were very comfortable, TONS of closets/storageCONS: older home that needs a lot of attention, doors are hard to close, 1 bedroom door doesn’t close at all, cobwebs, age related stains and damage, There were no check out procedures which is both good and bad.I never heard from the property manager, but I also didn’t anything. I sent him a detailed list of what needs to be addressed before the next guest (blown bulbs, broken faucet, missing knobs, no dish tabs). All in all, it was an ok experience.

Great for a sibling reunion

Seven adults descended on Nashville for a reunion of siblings. The house met all our needs and was perfectly situated for easy access to multiple areas. We didnt use the pool but it looked inviting. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked but could have used some larger pans for cooking for our group. All in all, a pleasant stay in a beautiful neighborhood.

Great property and great location! These owners have thought of everything.

The pictures don't do this propert justice on the amount of space you will have. Extremely clean. We had several couples and everyone was happy with their rooms and bathrooms. The hot tub wasn't fully working (not hot) but that was the only thing the entire weekend! We would absolutely choose this property or one of their others again.

So glad you guys had a great time! With the Hot Tubs, it's always a challenge to strike the right balance between being intrusive and maintenance. We try to drain and refill the tubs for each group of guests, and sometimes the control buttons get pressed in the wrong combination when we reset the tub, or there is a glitch of some kind in the heating circut. We dash away before you arrive, and generally we don't come back around the tub unless you call us. The good news is, we have a great service guy on call 24/7 that can generally work out any problem you may encounter. Just let us know! GP

Family getaway

Positives: Wonderful neighborhood! Tons of space. Great layout to the house. So comfortable and our family of 6 were not cramped in the slightest. Very clean interior. Negatives: The pool is 4ft with no deep end. Tons of bathrooms, but some repairs needed in a few of them. The landscaping was not very pretty.

wonderful place, plenty of room for 6 couples. Everything a home should have and more.

Had a great stay June 20-24 2018. 6 couples celebrating some 50th bdays. Home was in wonderful condition with plenty of space. Creatively decorated. Just a $10 to $25 Uber away from Broadway.. depending on time of day. Would stay here over and over if the opportunity were to arise. We were even able to walk 10 to 15 minutes to a nearby coffee shop, restaurant and bar. Would recommend to anyone with a large group coming to Nashville.

This house was perfect for our needs--10 women celebrating our 75th birthdays!

The house had plenty of bedroom, bathroom, and living area for all our needs. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware, glasses, mugs, etc. and even had some staples (like coffee). The neighborhood was safe for walking and lovely to look at, and the house was very convenient to downtown Nashville. We would have liked more light over the front door, and larger, thicker towels but all of us were very satisfied overall and enjoyed having the house for our downtime. The house was as advertised!

So glad you enjoyed our house! Our cleaning crew most likely didn't put out as many of the larger towels for your large group. But we always have our staff on hand to come in and remedy any needs. We are quick to respond and happy to do it. Also, we are now addressing the issue of more lighting over the front door since our flame lights near the entrance didn't seem to be enough for you ladies. Thanks for the tip !

Perfect!!

My girlfriends and our husbands spent three nights in this wonderful home, celebrating our 50th birthdays. The location in perfect. The accommodations were better than anticipated. AND was so excited that they had a Christmas tree up with stockings over the chimney!! This was such and extra special touch as we also combined this to be a little Christmas get together as well. I highly recommend this property and will definitely plan to stay here again when I have a large group of friends coming back to Nashville!! Perfect for 5-6 couples!!

We had a great time. Location was great. We had access to all the things Nashville had to offer and for the times we just wanted to hang out and chill the house was comfortable to do this too. Only real negative and I'm not sure that anything could have been done differently... was the outside trash was overflowing so we had no where to place our trash for the week.

What a fabulous house!!! Loved it...

We had 10 adults in from Chicago and the house could not have been more perfect! Plenty of space for all of us. Every couple had their own bath and really nice sized bedrooms. And everyone said their beds were very comfortable also. I would highly recommend this house to everyone. It had absolutely everything you could need for cooking and hanging out. We will absolutely book this house again next time we come to Nashville Thank you Greg and Marcia for having us and making this a great "50" birthday celebration for me 🤠 Suzanne and Dave

Nashville perfect.

Great location, very upscale neighborhood, felt very safe, and walks were taken. Lots of space with plenty of bedrooms for privacy. Hot tub was working well. Pool table was fun. About the only ding was the the kitchen. Don’t expect to have large sit down meals, the table sits four. Cookware is insufficient to cook for large groups. But other that that, it was very good.

Excellent place to stay. Watch check in time!

We loved the place and the accommodations. I tried to see if we could get in early and was told the cleaning staff was going to be there. We got there at 2:30 PM and the place was spotless and empty so I assumed they were done cleaning. We went in. Today I got an email saying I was being changed $45 for going in 1.5 hours early. This last bit left a bad taste of a perfect weekend.

Hi Elena, due to Covid, we have extra cleaning protocols in place and we needed that time to finish our details. We asked that you not come until 4 pm as is the standard check in time and we had to adjust our crew to not disturb you since you decided to come early unbeknownst to us. That's why we charged the fee .. it goes to the hardworking crew : )
