Host was fantastic and quick with communication! The house was perfect for our group, lots of room and close to some really fun bars and the Silo market which we loved! I’d recommend and book again on my next trip to Nashville!

We had a great stay. It was close to all the hotspots in Nashville and in a great neighborhood that offered several good restaurants. We’d definitely stay at the Skyline Speakeasy again.

The host gave clear Instructions and responded fast the entire time. We couldn't get over how cute the property was. Would 10/10 recommend to stay during your visit to Nashville!

The air b&b was nice but the temperature was an issue. The freezer and fridge wouldn’t get cold enough to freeze or keep our drinks cold no matter how cold we set it. In addition, I don’t know what was wrong with the thermostats but we would lower them and within the hour they would jump right back up. The lowest level and main level were both okay temperature wish but the upper level bedrooms were incredibly hot as there is not thermostat for that floor. In addition, one of the fans doesn’t work. If you’re someone who cares about the temperature this is not the place for you, other than that everything else was nice.

Hi Courtney, I’m really sorry you experienced some temperature issues, and I wish you had messaged me about all of these as they are all very fixable. We always respond immediately to guests needs and it would have been no problem to get an HVAC company dispatched and batteries replaced in the fan remotes for you. Again, so sorry, and we would have remediated if we’d have known. I don’t agree with your statement about if you’re sensitive to temperature, this is not the place for you, as we would have fixed these issues for you! Thanks for staying and for the feedback!

It was beautiful, the beds were very comfortable. Very clean place, I felt safe there. 12 people stayed here with extra room left . The manger messaged me back promptly. 10/10 recommend this place

This place was awesome! Garage to park in. King sized Bedroom on the main floor with a bathroom.Then you walk up one flight of stairs where there is a bunk room (2 queen beds and 2 twin beds), a bathroom, living room and kitchen.Then you go to the third floor where there are two more rooms, one king and two queens, each with their own bathrooms. The washer/dryer is on this floor too.Then you walk up to the rooftop where there is a hot tub, patio set, and outdoor TV.Super cool place, close to restaurants…Quiet community and clean. This home was nice- we loved it!

This is a beautifully appointed, very clean, modern townhome with all the amenities! There are eating and shopping areas within walking distance, location is a clean, quiet neighborhood, very easy drive to many of Nashville’s popular “must see” attractions. Parking includes a garage option. The host is a wonderful and very prompt communicator. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing!

This property is amazing! From the moment you walk in everything is so special. From the decor, to the amenities, to the view from the rooftop! We were celebrating a friend's 40th birthday and we had absolutely everything we could've wanted!! The hot tub was perfect, the games like giant Jenga and Cornhole kept us entertained with music on any one of the many TVs, and the beds, OMG the beds were some of the comfiest I've ever been on haha I would stay here again in a heartbeat and you should too!

Nashville

The property is beautiful and very well decorated. Short drive to broadway. If you have multiple cars the parking is an issue. During our visit the hot tub was not useable, water was cloudy and green. The owners did try to make that right but because our trip was short they weren’t able to get anyone out to service it in time. We also had a horrible experience with the neighbors, that unit is also an Airbnb, it was rented to a bunch of young kids that kept us up til 3am both nights. The first night they had a huge party which I was told wasn’t allowed and quiet time was at 9am. We did eventually have to go and say something to them the 2nd night bc they were keeping up the kids.
