We had a great stay. It was close to all the hotspots in Nashville and in a great neighborhood that offered several good restaurants. We’d definitely stay at the Skyline Speakeasy again.

This is a beautifully appointed, very clean, modern townhome with all the amenities! There are eating and shopping areas within walking distance, location is a clean, quiet neighborhood, very easy drive to many of Nashville’s popular “must see” attractions. Parking includes a garage option. The host is a wonderful and very prompt communicator. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing!

This property is amazing! From the moment you walk in everything is so special. From the decor, to the amenities, to the view from the rooftop! We were celebrating a friend's 40th birthday and we had absolutely everything we could've wanted!! The hot tub was perfect, the games like giant Jenga and Cornhole kept us entertained with music on any one of the many TVs, and the beds, OMG the beds were some of the comfiest I've ever been on haha I would stay here again in a heartbeat and you should too!

The property is beautiful and very well decorated. Short drive to broadway. If you have multiple cars the parking is an issue. During our visit the hot tub was not useable, water was cloudy and green. The owners did try to make that right but because our trip was short they weren’t able to get anyone out to service it in time. We also had a horrible experience with the neighbors, that unit is also an Airbnb, it was rented to a bunch of young kids that kept us up til 3am both nights. The first night they had a huge party which I was told wasn’t allowed and quiet time was at 9am. We did eventually have to go and say something to them the 2nd night bc they were keeping up the kids.

This place was awesome! Garage to park in. King sized Bedroom on the main floor with a bathroom.Then you walk up one flight of stairs where there is a bunk room (2 queen beds and 2 twin beds), a bathroom, living room and kitchen.Then you go to the third floor where there are two more rooms, one king and two queens, each with their own bathrooms. The washer/dryer is on this floor too.Then you walk up to the rooftop where there is a hot tub, patio set, and outdoor TV.Super cool place, close to restaurants…Quiet community and clean. This home was nice- we loved it!

Why they chose this property

The Nations neighborhood in Nashville has literally anything a traveler could want to experience Nashville outside of Broadway, but still maintaining proximity for those fun nights out. My family and I live in the Gulch, but we find ourselves frequenting the Nations neighborhood on weekends because of their excellent daytime restaurants with family and group friendly vibes. Don't miss Bringles Smoking Oasis, 51st Taproom, Living Waters Brewery, The Frothy Monkey, Maru Sushi, or Golden Sound - all of which are walkable from our property!

What makes this property unique

We worked with Somerled Designs, the premier national short term rental designer, to design this home for us. We love a good theme, and the "speakeasy" theme fit the bill...for those sick of the typical pink Nashville bachelorette / musician themed spots, this slick, glam, moody design complemented our new construction design & fixtures so well. That, combined with the home's stellar rooftop hot tub, TV, and bar as well as the property's location and walkability to some of the coolest restaurants & breweries in town, sets us apart from the rest!
