The stay was amazing the owners were very helpful thru the stay as well .. place was very clean and spacious its honestly one of my favorite places i ever stayed at 5 stars !!!!

This place is like a mansion. Great privacy with big walls and gate. One of the largest pools I have seen and plenty of common spaces for large groups to spend time. Highly rexommend

Perfect Private Getaway in Las Vegas!

This property felt like our very own private castle! The compound is beautifully done. There was so much space for our group. The sauna, resort-style pool, sport courts, and games, were all amazing and added so much fun to our stay. Property is close to our favorite Casinos and minutes from the strip. The host was great and responsive. We’ll definitely be back!

Request for Credit Due to Unacceptable Rental Conditions

Our recent stay at this property was extremely disappointing, and it fell far short of the advertised standards. The home had numerous safety hazards and maintenance issues that made it not only uncomfortable but also unsafe.Major problems included extensive rot throughout the property, broken tiles, and poorly functioning doors, some without handles or knobs. The kitchen dishwasher wasn’t bolted down, creating a significant safety hazard, especially for children. The gates were loose or missing bolts, and the pickleball court had exposed iron pieces sticking out of the ground, further emphasizing the lack of attention to safety.Key features were inoperable, including the bar fridge, master elliptical, hot tub, and the AC/heater in one of the bedrooms. The shower door in a guest room didn’t work, and the master bathtub stopper was broken. To make matters worse, the stove and oven caused the house to fill with a gas smell whenever used.Cleanliness was also a significant issue. The house was very dirty, with jellybeans and debris found in the guest room and sloppy construction throughout, including messy grout, unsecure tubs, and scratched glass doors. The overall condition of the home was far from luxurious, as marketed.This property is not worth the price and fails to deliver on its advertised promises. We would not recommend this rental to anyone looking for a safe or high-quality experience.

Scott, we are sorry to hear you didn’t have a great experience however all you did was complain since check in and management offered to help and send house keepers asap or maintenance guys as things happen and you did not allow them to arrange any help. This home definitely does not have any safety issues as we have passed all inspections on that to make sure it’s a safe home. You stayed the entire time and did not work with us to help you at all. This is not a new house and sometimes things break and we send our team asap but you did not allow our team to arrange anything. We even tried to reach out to you after check out and no response at all. This home definitely does not deserve a 1 star review. We have only 5 star reviews and guests love it. We don’t appreciate the review and no responses from you. That’s not how it works. We were here to help you your entire stay and tried our best to communicate with you. We make sure the home is perfectly clean always. I wish you would have allowed us to help instead of just complaints and no responses, and now a 1 star review.
