We have stayed in many places, and this is at the very top of the list. We felt right at home in Dawn's place. This was truly a soft place to land for weary travelers and their dogs! It was clean, cozy, quiet, restful, and well equipped with many thoughtful touches. We are grateful for the chance to stay there and hope to be in the area again for another stay. We highly recommend!

Very clean, vary quiet oasis tucked away in the woods but just a 15 minute drive to anything a person would need. Pet friendly and very accomidating. Host checked in to offer additional amenities. Loved the location, the property itself and the entire stay. Would book again in a heartbeat.

This was a lovely overnight on our move from New Mexico to Virginia. It was very clean, accommodated our dog and two cats perfectly, and was so quiet! And even when VRBO messed up the reservations, our host was welcoming and wonderful. Thank you, Dawn!

The place is had lots of room and exceptionally clean. The yard was nice clean and large. The best part they welcomed our fur babies with delight. Very nice hosts that were close by and available but left us to do what we wanted. Would stay again if in the area in a heartbeat.

Dawn and Shane were excellent hosts! I was attending dog shows and had 7 dogs with me and needed a place to stay before going on to the next dog shows and their place was the perfect! Nice and quiet and just perfect to catch up on laundry and a little RR! I highly recommend staying there! Very helpful with any questions that I had!
