The Roscoe Village Guesthouse

Located in a village within the city of Chicago, welcome to "The Roscoe Village Guesthouse", at the corner of Roscoe and Damen. We are in the heart of Roscoe Village and walking distance to the CTA brown line train. We are less than 1 mile west of Wrigley Field and a 30 minute train ride to downtown Chicago. Right outside your door are restaurants & boutique shopping Plenty of free street parking around the house.

We offer 2 queen beds and 1 full size bed. Two bedrooms have large closets. All bedrooms have a nightstand and or dresser with a lamp. There is a work area with a desk that has height adjustment for sitting or standing. The kitchen is stocked with all cooking ware, dishes, utensils, blender, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. A dishwasher is also available for use. The back area has a large washer and dryer which is free to use. The unit also offers 600 mps WIFI. Currently there is one 55" smart tv in the apartment. The Bakeshop Chicago occupies the store front of the building. The Bakeshop is a café that offers coffee, breakfast sandwiches and pastries. This is very convenient. There are also restaurants on each side of the building. Excellent area! You will need to climb stairs to the unit.
