Amenities include rooftop infinity ocean view pools, sundeck, private cabanas, hot tub, ocean view fitness center and beach service.



Resort fee will be charged at the check-in time at the property and it is not included.



The Space:

Perfect for a couples getaways, our well-appointed 1 bedroom mix natural wood and stone with organic textures and state-of-the-art technology. There is a king bed in the master room with a full bathroom and there is a full pullout sofa-bed in the living room area. Highlights include fully equipped kitchens large balcony to enjoy a panoramic view of the ocean at its finest and in-suite washer/dryer.



The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, glass stove, integrated oven, silent dishwasher, integrated microwave, stove, dishes, and coffee maker. Hairdryer, iron/ironing board, and plasma TV.

Please be advised that Lyfe Resort & Residences imposes additional mandatory fees that are not included in the nightly rate displayed on this platform. These fees are collected separately at check-in and are required to complete your reservation with the property.



Resort Fee (Nightly Charge):

● Stays of 1 to 14 nights: $40 per night

● Stays of 15 to 29 nights: $35 per night

● Stays of 30 nights or more: $30 per night



Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250:

A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or charges incurred during your stay.

This deposit will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.



Valet Parking (Optional):

● 1 to 7 days: $35 per night

● 8 or more days: $30 per night

● Monthly rate: $650 per month

● Stays of 6 months or more: $480 per month



These fees are standard across all reservations and are essential to maintaining the property’s premium amenities and guest services. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.

Just beyond the resort, you'll find the Hollywood Beach boardwalk and miles of Blue Wave-designated beaches.

Surrounded by lots of restaurants, and the world-famous Gulfstream Park, where you can go out to dine, enjoy horse races or try your luck at the casino to the West. To the South, you can continue to the renowned Aventura Mall or if you feel like going on an adventurous nightlife, you can head to South Beach to party all night. To the North, you can enjoy more shopping and restaurants in the city of Fort Lauderdale. We are minutes from Fort Lauderdale airport.



Getting Around:

● From Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL):

There are 7.72 miles from the FLL to Hallandale beach.

● From Miami International Airport (MIA):

Hallandale Beach is 23.8 miles away from MIA.

In both cases, you can either take an Uber or rent a car at the Airport.
