The overall layout of the house was wonderful. We liked the fact that there were multiple bathrooms in the house, and there were lots of spaces to spread out. All the extras such as garbage bags, detergent, dryer sheets, and similar items were well stocked. The host communicated very well. We enjoyed our stay!

Well

It needs work the shower leak in to the lighting down downstairs to the kitchen, so we had to use towels on the floor so it would not leak. The pool and the hot tub just stop working mid week. Truly is a nice place great location just needs some work and updates.

When we checked at 4:00 the AC was not working. We contacted the property management, which was very difficult, to get someone out to fix it. It was 80 degrees in the house! No one came until the following day at 11:00! Miserable first night! Asked to be reimbursed for the first night and was denied. Some family stayed outside where it was cooler! Paid way too much to be uncomfortable.
