Newly built, this home has all the modern amenities while maintaining a comfortable lake home feel that's great for entertaining! The first floor great room has an expansive eat-in kitchen with brand new granite countertops, that is well suited for cooking for a crowd with plenty of counter space and a spacious breakfast counter. You will find cooking to be an enjoyment in this kitchen while looking out the large windows and soaking up the panoramic views of the water. The large dining table has room for the whole family to enjoy a meal together or you may opt to eat on the beautiful deck off the kitchen. This first floor great room has cathedral ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, a new 47 inch LCD TV, and plenty of comfortable seating. Down the hall from the main level great room is the master bedroom complete with beautiful water views, a luxurious queen bed and walk-in closet.
