The 2,119 square foot condominium is located beachfront only steps from the coveted and pristine white sand of Seven Mile Beach with immaculate views of the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. The resort is a private 24 condo property where you can simply relax on the beach or pool, go snorkeling, swimming, or take a leisurely stroll down the beach. The condo is on the ground level so the beach and pool can be reached the moment your heart desires. The secluded Crescent Point Resort has a free-form pool and a large Jacuzzi. The condo also has an enclosed patio if you prefer your own seclusion but also want a view.
The condo has 3 bedrooms each with their own spacious bathroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen, living room, and dining area have an open air feeling that give the condo a larger than life appearance. A fully equipped gym, 2 barbecues, and lush perfectly manicured landscape make this resort one of the best on the island.
The location is within an easy cab ride to any of the fine restaurants. For those of you who have a knack for adventure, you can rent a sailboat, jet ski, or kayak from Red Sail Sports at the nearby Marriott Beach Resort, which is only a three minute walk along the beach. The Marriott Beach Resort has a fantastic ocean-front restaurant as well as crepes and gelato in the lobby. You can also book activities at Red Sail Sports at the Marriott. The unforgettable Stingray City, is only a short boat ride away. After your first visit to this condo and the Cayman Islands, you will want to keep coming back!

My family owns and rents out Crescent Point Resort Units 2 and 11 because we love to have several families visit Cayman together. There are many great activities in Cayman, or you can just sit on the beach, read a good book and enjoy a beautiful sunset at the end of the day.
What makes this Condo unique
Crescent Point Resort is located on Cayman's world-famous Seven Mile Beach. A beautiful beach is located only steps away. We love to hear the waves breaking on the reef right in front of our home. The reef is one of the best for snorkeling on Seven Mile Beach. Easy access to the open ocean is only 50 yards down the beach in front of neighboring Plantation Village. A short 2 minute walk further takes you to the Marriott Resort where you can rent a sail boat, rent snorkeling gear or book a trip to Sting Ray City. The Marriott Resort also has several great restaurants and a gelato shop. What more could anyone ask for? A 10 minute walk takes you to Caymana Bay, which features great shopping, fine dining and a cinema. You can enjoy the peace and quiet of Crescent Point Resort or be part of the excitement offered by Cayman only a short walk away. This unit is one of only six at Crescent Point Resort with three bathrooms, instead of only two, giving each of the three bedrooms their own adjoining bathroom.

Wonderful condo, very comfortable
Great property, beach toys and atmosphere. Beach is rocky but 100 yards to the north is a sandy beach with easy entrance.
Perfect Location in Grand Cayman
The condominium was exactly as promised. A perfect location and well equipped. We would not think of staying anywhere else on the island.

Lovely location with a lovely time away from the cold of winter back east
Condo is nicely laid out and well furnished but 3 cushion sofa is losing its support and saggy. We actually sat on decorative pillows to help alleviate that issue.
Had trouble with refrig despite several attempts to repair it so lost some food by freezing temps in refrig. It did not ruin our vacation but was kind of a nuisance. Miss Pauline did her best to take care of it during our stay but it was not to be. Long time getting repair parts which is not her fault.
We hope to return in 2019.
Lovely 1st floor apartment
The condo was as described, with spacious common areas. Pauline, the property manager, was very helpful when we had questions. Being on the 1st floor and being able to walk, steps away, to the beach and chairs or visit the pool and jacuzzi was just wonderful. We always found parking (which had been a problem when we stayed at the Marriott). It was nice being at the "dead end" of the beach (although those "in the know" knew to walk on the stepping stones in the water).
Loved the condo! Spacious, beautiful, open the door and the beach and pool are one step away!
We loved our stay there. The condo was furnished fully and what we needed Pauline got right to us.
The only thing missing was a beach that we could swim in right there.
