Located minutes away from Rock Creek Marina, this brand-new, custom-designed home is one of the most spectacular vacation homes on Smith Lake. This seven-bedroom luxury home boasts world-class amenities, stunning views, and spaces thoughtfully designed & decorated with all ages of guests in mind.

Walk into your dream vacation home and immediately take in the sweeping views of Smith Lake from the 7 ft windows placed along the entirety of the back wall. The oversized gourmet kitchen opens to a large, two-level living area featuring a gas fireplace, a 75" 8K Smart TV, and state-of-the-art audio equipment. The kitchen and living area are separated by a 4' x 10' island with counter seating for 8 - the perfect spot for gathering together while prepping meals or watching tv. An open dining area, with a table set for 10, is located near the kitchen for optimal movement between the spaces. Walk outside from this main communal area onto the 700 sq ft deck featuring a built-in BBQ area, multiple dining tables, and stunning sunset views for the perfect outdoor meal. Finally, when you are ready to retreat for the night, head to the main level King suite with plush hotel-style linens, a sitting area for two, gorgeous views, and an en-suite bathroom that dreams are made of. The bathroom includes separate shower & soaking tub, double sinks, vanity area, separate water closet, & walk-in closet. It may be difficult to choose between swimming in the lake and swimming in the large soaking tub! The main level also features an additional King bedroom with sitting area; a large, luxurious full bathroom; laundry room; walk-in pantry; and entryway perfect for leaving any belongings you may want out of the way during your stay.

From the main level, walk downstairs to experience another 3140 sq ft of unique spaces, designed for optimal fun! With 2100 sq ft of indoor space and 1040 sq ft of outdoor deck space, you will feel like you have another house - not just another level. All rooms include premier lake views. Also included on this level is a large living space, King size suite, bunkroom fit for a magazine, second full kitchen, and second laundry room. The King size suite features panoramic views of the lake, a sitting area for two, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom that rivals the one upstairs. The bunkroom also an an ensuite bathroom and comfortably sleeps 10. Four queen size beds and two twin xl beds are tucked into bunks that resemble a Louisiana fishing village, a nod to the owners’ Louisiana roots. The fun doesn’t end there! Located at the corner of the bunks is a two-story fort that brings the adventure of a treehouse indoors. This is the perfect room for kids of all ages to enjoy! The central living area doubles as a play space with three couch forts for endless configurations and fort building magic. With the moveable couches and a huge 4K Smart TV, this is the perfect spot for movie nights! Pop some popcorn and store some drinks in the fridge in the adjacent kitchen so you never have to miss a moment of the movie or game!

Right outside the living area is the oversized elevated deck that features chaise lounges; an outdoor dining table; and an outdoor kitchen with a sink, gas grill, and Big Green Egg smoker. We also have a collection of outdoor games (corn hole, life-size connect four, etc) for you to enjoy on the spacious deck. The lower deck has direct access to the lake below and leads you to the two-story dock with two boat slips and a giant lily pad for your use.

Once you have enjoyed a day on the lake, head back up to the house and venture to the third floor where you will find a game room, two more bedrooms, bathroom, and a “nook” perfect for those work-from-lake days or lounging with a good book. The game room includes a table and chairs for gathering to play board games as well as a foosball/table tennis/air hockey table. Off of the game room you will find two bedrooms - one a more traditional set up with two twin xl beds and direct access to the spacious full bathroom while the other is designed for whatever your group needs. This second bedroom can be used as a closed-off office space or a bedroom. The last space on this level, the “nook”, is not to be missed. The nook features a modern desk, an oversized ottoman perfect for putting up your feet, and another premium queen-size sleeper sofa for those ok with a more open area. The nook spans two levels and features a stunning light fixture that brings the space to life at night.

Finally, (thank you for staying with us this far!) you arrive at the fourth floor, the showcase of this vacation home. This is the observation level with stunning views in all directions. The 700 sq ft space is an open plan that can be used as a private bedroom or a communal space for fun, relaxing, and exercising. The space features an 85" 4K Smart TV and a high-end surround sound system with an oversized leather couch and a premium queen-size sofa bed. Located to the side of the lounging area is a dedicated exercise space complete with yoga mats and dumb bells of various weights. Workout while overlooking the lake or use the Smart TV to watch your favorite exercise program. A full bathroom is also located on this level as well as two closets for the guests’ use. The fourth floor also has direct access to a 320 sq ft observation deck with unparalleled views of the lake and the night sky. It is the perfect spot for a glass of wine at sunset or catching a glimpse of all the fireflies that come out at dusk.
