Quiet, cozy, property located far enough, but close enough to downtown Wisconsin Dells! Just seven miles! Fawn Creek Winery is almost right next door to the property, just 1 mile away! The Perfect Blend is a lake house retreat with a large yard, fire pit, and sits right on Fawn Lake! We have a pier for you to enjoy a sunset, throw in a fishing line, or take the kayaks out to enjoy a peaceful getaway. Our home comfortably sleeps 6 people. We provide all the comforts of home with towels, bedding/sheets, dishes, laundry essentials, coffee (Keurig and traditional) etc. We also provide firewood, kayaks with life jackets, corn hole and board games, and give you access to the garage! There is plenty of space for outdoor activities, for your dog(s) to run in the yard, and lounging on the back deck or around the fire pit! Only guest on the reservation are allowed in the home. 3 vehicles allowed on property, 1 in garage and 2 in the driveway. No exceptions! The Perfect Blend is just a minutes drive to all of the fun of Wisconsin Dells...

This property was very peaceful very clean and perfect for a family. We were close to the dells so we were able to do things daily. The kayaking was fun and manageable on this lake. Even caught fish off the peer. Just needs a hot tub.

Great getaway weekend house. Nice kitchen/family room w adjoining deck. Used loaded Keurig, firepit (wood all setup for us!), kayaks from the nice pier. Close enough to Dells but also far away enough if want to head out of town you’re not fighting any traffic. Fyi does sleep 6 it’s only a 2 bedroom. Normally don’t miss this, but I didn’t realize there’s the same picture of the same bed 3 times so I thought it was 3 bedrooms. In fairness does say 3rd bed in living room on pullout couch but we missed that when booking. It was fine, we drew straws to sleep on pullout couch. :)Would stay again.

Great place to stay

Great location, was just 10-15 minutes away from everything we wanted to do in the Dells. We loved being a bit removed from the main attractions of downtown, but being close enough to easily go experience them. Beautiful property and we had a great time!

Nice placerecommended for small families, quiet, clean, comfortable, close to town, recommended!

We are a family of 4 and the spaces are nice, comfortable and clean, the outside is incredible for making bonfires and the dock on the lake is perfect for fishing, it has a perfect view and space for children and pets to run

Peaceful Retreat

Really nice place to hang out with the family for a weekend trip. The kayaks were awesome, and the backyard was a great place to relax and play some corn hole. Excellent communication from the owner, and super easy check in and out.

Great family weekend!

Great home to enjoy a family getaway to the Dells or surrounding area. The home is very clean and fully stocked. The kayaks were a hit with our teenage daughters and we all enjoyed relaxing around the fire pit. Thanks for a great stay!

Labor Day weekend

Great Trip, House, Location

The house was great and was fully stocked. It was so nice that the cabinet was filled with spices and a drawer filled with baggies, foil, and Saran wrap. I have been to a lot of houses that don’t usually provide these and it’s a nice touch. Everything was clean and my family loved the dock. Fishing was awesome!! Communication was great with the host too. Thanks for everything!! We had a blast!

Was't as "Pet friendly" as initially expected. We were traveling with three dogs. Friday afternoon I receieved check in in formation and additional "rules" about the stay. We elected to not stay due to the additional cost of additional cleaning fees for having dogs in the property, also we didn't bring three kennels as our dogs are well behaved and not kenneled at our house and do not cause damage.

I’m feeling nostalgic as I write about our joyful experience, at The Perfect Blend Lake House. I can still feel the warmth and comfort of the house, and the breathtaking views from the back yard of the secluded lake, surrounded by the beautiful sounds of nature. The three days we spent there were nothing but wonderful memories with my parents, husband and our two pups, as we celebrated one of our pup’s birthday. The house was impeccably clean, organized and stocked with all the supplies we needed to make us feel comfortable. There were also board games, bags/cornholes, kayaks/life jackets, a gas grill and fire pit, to keep us all entertained! Even our pups had an amazing time, running around with us in the backyard, and one of them did not want to leave :) Mike our host was absolutely amazing and promptly responded to all my questions and requests. If you are looking for a getaway with a secluded back yard, serene lake views, sunsets, and a cozy home that will bring you nothing but comfort, then Mike’s Perfect Blend Lake House will leave you feeling relaxed, happy and a place to make delightful and lasting memories, with your family!

Hello! We are a father and son that purchased this home together! We are born and raised right here in Wisconsin Dells. We each share our own special memories of growing up in this town for so many years. As each of us grew older, one of us moved to Sauk City, WI and the other to Madison, WI, but our hearts were still in our hometown. So, when the opportunity presented itself to purchase this property, we decided this lake house was perfect. We both love the outdoors, being surrounded by water, and relaxing with friends and family. When we come home, we love to stay here, but we are not here all the time, so we decided it was too beautiful to not share it with others!

Why they chose this property

The property is located in such a serene part of the Dells. Don't get me wrong, the hustle and bustle of the fun and night life is WONDERFUL downtown, but it's also nice to have a place where it's quiet, and peaceful. With Fawn Creek Winery being so close, it's nice to visit there, bring some wine home, and relax by the campfire, or come home to play games and spend time with family. Our theme of this house is inspired by the winery and the lake front, so you'll see outdoorsy, lake life, and wine inspiration as the décor of this home!

What makes this property unique

The best part of this property is the 20 acre lake! You can bring your fishing poles and cast a line, or go kayaking. We often sit and watch turtles swimming or lounging on logs. It's a very tranquil and relaxing location. Our home is a perfect spot for Easter egg hunting, throwing around a football, baseball, or frisbee, lots of space for your fur babies to run and play, or lounge by the firepit. No doubt, whether you want to be here for the fun in the sun downtown, a romantic getaway, a girl or guys trip, or a quality family time vacation, you will not be disappointed! We hope this beautiful place brings as much joy to your family, as it has ours.
