The condo was outstanding. Spacious, clean and a great location close to Red Hook and walking distance to Coki Point Beach. Jan was quick to respond with any questions we had. We would certainly recommend this condo and would not hesitate to stay there again.

This condo was great and we would definitely stay here again. Communicating with Jan was very easy and I felt like all of our questions were answered in a timely fashion. We are a family of 4 with kids ages 15 & 9. We had plenty of space and every thing we needed. The pool is a short 30 second walk and while there is a small beach at Margaritaville it is not swimable. However, Coki beach is very beautiful and swimable and it was a 5 minute walk. Overall, this place was great and I would definitely recommend!

It was in a really good location to the beaches. The host was super informative about the area and recommended places. Also great communication from the host ! The condo was very cute , overall clean, safe, and had some nice amenities.The only negatives I would say was that the pillows were not comfortable (at least in the master) and when we arrived there was sticky stuff on the floor in the master. But everything else was amazing and we would all definitely recommend and book again!

If you want ideas or suggestions for activities, places to eat, or where to go please ask, our goal is to make sure leave loving the Rock as much as we do.

The Smith Bay area is perfectly located near Red Hook with all the tourist attractions but far enough away so you can relax and unwind in the evening. There are several beaches and the world famous Coral World all within walking distance.
