Discover what living in paradise is all about! Our 4-bedroom, 4-bath (2 full and 2 half) Casa Almendro is the perfect getaway for your vacation. This 3-story townhouse property with a roof terrace provides plenty of space to relax.

This is another fine property brought to you by The Marco Polo Collection, a collection of fine vacation rental properties! You will be in excellent hands with our professional staff, with many years of experience, drawn from Puerto Rico, the U.S. and Europe.

5-minute walk to some of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Rico, in Punta Las Marías in the center of San Juan. This is a gated street located in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. NOTE: This is NOT a party house. Neighborhood restrictions on noise are very strict!

A House Book is also provided as a helpful guide for our guests. It provides guidance to grocery shopping, pharmacies, restaurants and bars that are all within a short walk, as well as throughout the city and around the island.

Family Vacation

The property and responsive management team provided everything we needed for our first family vacation as adult children! Great gated community and quiet neighborhood. The view of the ocean waves at the end of the street was definitely a highlight. Updating the toilets in both 1/2 bathrooms and the shower and toilet in the full bathroom shared by people in the 3 bedrooms would be great but didn’t take much away from our experience. We would definitely recommend it and stay again!

This property was absolutely beautiful. Tons of space for our family of 7. It was quiet, comfy, and nicely laid out. The only negative that I have is that all 7 of us ended up with bed bug bites all over our lower legs. If they got that treated it would be the perfect vacation home. I would definitely want to stay there again!!

Celebrating my moms 80th birthday and first time in PR

Had an amazing stay and really loved the property. Beds were comfy and clean. We loved the staples left for us especially since we were running off on our adventures to the rainforest and Culebra Island birthday celebration trip. Loved lounging up on the balcony while planning or waiting for my group to get out to our adventures. Walkable distance to delish breakfast at The Bistro Cafe (highly recommended!) and surprise park and skatepark on the way back. E-scooters were readily available for us to make it to our salsa lesson on time💃 Only set back was that for one of the bedrooms the only way to enter or exit was to go through another bedroom which was often awkward. Otherwise I can’t say enough about this vacation. It was a fabulous introduction to San Juan and Puerto Rico and scooters! Most likely will return to this spot on our next PR visit 💕
