A 20 pasos de la playa, Condado-Ocean Park, PISCINA PRIVADA- GENERADOR

Linda encantadora sin ascensor situado a 20 pasos de la arena de la playa más hermosa urbano en Puerto Rico. Principal con una cama matrimonial y el segundo dormitorio es un mezzanie con dos camas individuales. Un cuarto de baño y también, tenemos una ducha exterior y una piscina privada climatizada, a estrenar. Situado entre el Condado y Ocean Park, San Juan, una animada vida (y la más segura) barrio. A poca distancia de una gran variedad de restaurantes y locales de moda y 10 minutos en taxi desde el aeropuerto y al Viejo San Juan.
Disfrute de la brisa apacible y el sol por las mañanas y luego divertirse explorando restaurantes, pubs, discotecas, etc. en Condado (bebidas), Viejo San Juan (Salsa), Isla Verde (discoteca), Piñones (Bomba y Plena) por las tardes . O simplemente hacer un picnic en la noche en la playa. Tenemos seguridad las 24 horas!

Ana was very friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay. Ana gave us a list of walkable restaurants and cafes that were great! Safe and easy walk to beach and local restaurants. We enjoyed the heated pool. The house was cozy and stocked with all the essentials.

The location was perfect! The beach was so close but also within walking distance to so many eateries. Great part of San Juan. More spacious than most and very comfortable. Had all the amenities we needed although the wifi never worked great. Isabel the owner communicated well before our stay and Ana the property manager was super helpful with check in info and any questions we had while we were there. Responded right away. The apartment had character and charm and we felt right at home. The outdoor areas were nice to have as well.

Perfect Getaway Stay

Tucked just 12-steps from the beach and close to great local restaurants and shops, this villa was the perfect home base for our Puerto Rico getaway. Cozy, and clean. It had everything we needed to relax after days spent exploring. The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. A true gem in paradise—we can't wait to come back!

BEAUTIFUL LOCATION CLOSE TO BEACH AND WALKABLE AREA.

We had a really great time! The house was just as described and within minutes of the beach. We could easily walk to several different places to eat. Anna was great in letting us know of any potential problems, as well as helping with parking. We really appreciated being able to check in early after a long redeye flight. Loved staying there and we plan on going back. The location is fantastic!

Perfect spot for a San Juan vacation

My wife and I spent week in San Juan. The location was ideal for getting into Old San Juan, to and from the airport, restaurants, grocery stores and the BEACH!!! Everything we needed for the beach was provided! Towels, umbrellas, chairs and toys. The proximity to the beach was amazing!! Great place to stay for a couple looking for a beach getaway!

Great location and nice people

Great location, close to almost most of places to visit in San Juan. The property is clean and welcoming. The property manager and the owner were wonderull people made us feel at home.

Execellent Property

This apartment was the best place we have ever stayed. Ana the property manager was amazing to work with every step of the way, our family had a traumatic emergency during our stay and she eased our way throughout those tough times. Can not say enough good things about the place and the management, plus it was steps away from the beach. Not to mention the orange tabby kitty (el gato) that kept us company the whole stay, he was amazing. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better place or people to work with! Will definitely back soon!

We are renting short term since 2007 and all of our clients are really happy with their stay since then. We already have 100 reviews! Come and see for yourself what do you think. The apartment has a great location, it is safe, really charming and cute. And 12-15 steps to the beach! We just add a private pool that you can heat if you feel like it!. And we are available for our guest 24/7. High speed Internet, place to work and all amenities.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

It is steps from the beach and that was really important for us, with small kids the beach was our playground...Also you do not need a car to go to restaurants, groceries, fun places and the Old San Juan is a 15 min. ride.
The heated pool is a plus and the feeling in this apartment is so relaxing and beautiful. You can open all the windows to feel the breeze and listen to the ocean (or just close all the windows and use the A/C, of course).

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

It has two patios (we also have electric plant in case the power is off), the other at the rear part of the townhouse with a private pool and one terrace inside the master bedroom for a romantic breakfast. Just perfect!
WIFI is free and high speed. We have a power plan in case the light in the Island goes off (since Hurricane Maria is often).
