The space

As you enter the first floor, you’ll be greeted by a living room featuring a Victorian-style wooden staircase that adds to the home’s classic appeal. The living room flows seamlessly into a formal dining room and a fully equipped, kitchen, perfect for hosting memorable meals. A convenient half-bathroom is also located on this floor.

On the second floor, you’ll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The largest bedroom features two queen-size beds and a TV, offering a cozy retreat. This floor shares a well-maintained bathroom with all guests. The remaining two bedrooms on this level each have a queen-size bed, ensuring everyone enjoys a comfortable stay.

The top floor offers an additional three bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. One of the bedrooms also includes a full-size couch, providing extra space for relaxation or additional sleeping arrangements. This floor is completed with a shared bathroom.

Descend to the lower level, where you’ll discover three more bedrooms. Each of the first two bedrooms features a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom, which doubles as a second living room, offers a full-size bed and can be converted into a bedroom as needed. This flexible space makes the home versatile, accommodating up to eight bedrooms if required. A final bathroom serves the lower level.

• Parking: We do not have a dedicated parking space for this property. Street parking is available, but for added convenience, there is a paid parking lot just half a block away where guests can park for an unlimited amount of time at their own cost.
• Amenities: No need to worry about bringing toiletries or linens—we’ve got you covered! We provide shampoo, towels, sheets, and all the essentials to ensure you have a comfortable, hotel-like stay.
• Pets: Pets are welcome for an additional fee. Please include them in the Guest Count when booking and let us know in advance.
• Entertainment: There is one Smart TV in the living room and TVs in two of the bedrooms. Please note that we do not have cable TV, but you can stream your favorite shows and movies.
• Age Restriction: Per Atlantic City regulations, we are not permitted to rent to groups under the age of 21.
• Historic Charm: While the home has been fully renovated and modernized, it was built over 100 years ago and retains some of its original quirks. We invite you to embrace the charm of this historic property during your stay.
