Backyard ready for entertainment with fire pits, lounge chairs, patio table for 10 people, jacuzzi hot tub fits 6 clean people, Hammock, barbecue grill, wicker furniture chairs 6 Adirondack chairs around the fire pit, don’t forget to bring graham crackers, marshmallows, and Hershey bars. Tremendous kitchen, fully stocked with air fryer, toaster, spices with a huge table to fit 10 guests & 4 guests comfortably at the Countertop. Large 5 bedrooms with clop and smart tvs.1 bedroom on first floor. All bedrooms feature very quiet air conditioning, 3 bedrooms have king size beds, 1 queen 1 full 1 twin and triple full bunk beds. 2 Full bathrooms and Huge driveway for up to 3 cars plus plenty of parking on the street. Regulation size Pool table, Professional card room, Real arcade with 10,000 games built in, board games, poker chips, books for kids and adults. Best most comfortable Mattresses in the market and the most cleanest sheets, blankets and towels. JetSki’s may be available for rent they are docked one block away. Centrally located, with access to major highways, NYC ferry and train station. Ring security cameras are placed in front and back of the house by both entry points for your safety. Please no unauthorized guests or visitors.

Joe was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful. The house is clean, well-stocked with essentials, and very comfortable. When I needed an extra night with short notice, he was willing to help right away. The house was solid, nothing fancy, but has a great pool table and games. We loved the hot tub. It served us well for our Thanksgiving family reunion!

Great place, walking distance to beach and boardwalk

Really nice house for a weekend trip to see a concert and enjoy the beach. House is clean, comfortable and has good amenities for a group and the owner is very communicative. We especially appreciated the jacuzzi as it was a rainy weekend so we couldn't get to the beach, but we still got to relax.

Best home in keanburg

I highly recommend this home!! My family and I party of 14 love how the house was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked along with many board games and pool table was a hit. Joe was very informative and suggested many places to go visit with my family definitely would stay there while in the area.

Check in was very easy because the host was readily available. The kitchen was awesome . Anything you would need for preparation of meals was at your fingertips. The home was clean, organized, very comfortable and plenty of space for playing board games after a few hours on the beach. The adults enjoyed the hot tub every evening once the kids were asleep. The fire pit was relaxing and made for summores . I would highly recommend this home and host. Catherine Smith

Loved our stay at Joe’s place.

The best host you would ever select. I had 13 friends everyone got a place to sleep, clean house, lots of games available, the patio was lovely. Great comfortable dinning/kitchen area. I loved the cleanliness of everything. I would recommend any day. We will be back coz the 3 days felt rushed we need a week . Thank you Joe

The house is lovely. It is updated, clean and in a great location with access to all of the Keansburg beach activities. The host is very responsive and helpful. It worked out great for us.

Wonderful place

Our stay at Joe's place was awesome! The communication was exceptional. The check-in/checkout process was simple and fool proof. The layout of this home is perfect. The game area and outdoor area was definitely the highlight of out stay here. There were several mattresses to choose from varying in firmness, which was an added bonus! Walking distance to the beach, waterpark, amusement park and our personal fav, the fishing pier. I was very pleased that all of the basic necessities were provided.

House was nice and cozy upstairs well supplied with clean towels. Downstairs was beautiful entertained the kids with the games. Downstairs was cold, I stay during a cold winter and insufficient heating downstairs. I didn’t like the neighborhood -was dirty , loud neighbors across the street - loud music playing at night from his car, and many abandoned houses or being sold or under construction.

Big, clean house in an “eh” neighborhood.

House was very clean and had everything you could need. Beds are super comfortable. Joe, the owner, is very responsive and really does want his guests to enjoy his place and have a good time. One downfall is that there’s not a real living room. The only couches are nestled in the front corners of the house overlooking a pool table to see the TV. I would have liked a comfy place to sit and watch TV. Outdoor space is great! The hot tub was freshly emptied and cleaned before we arrived, which was amazing. The location is not as great as it looks like. Even after doing some research about the area, we were surprised at how run down Keansburg is. The “boardwalk” and “amusement park” are not what you may think. Very old, small, and not kept well. The nearby beach is okay, sand is basically all pieces of shells and there are minimal waves. We ended up driving about 35 min to Long Branch, which is beautiful, clean, and has a great beach. So if you’re looking for a nice, clean, big house and don’t mind driving a little bit to better towns, this is a great place to stay.

Our tree grows in Brooklyn. Club kids from early 90s. World travelers, foodies and beach enthusiasts. Our favorite destinations would be Greece followed close by Italy and Spain. Best overall beach San Blas Panama.
We strongly believe in adopting from high kill shelters (animals not people).
ESPN my favorite TV Chanel wife loves Liftime TV true crime. Which make me think why? Corvettes and Minivans are our favorite cars and our parents are our real heroes. Favorite book at the moment Built to Finish by Steven Pivnik. Fav show at moment The Boys (wife hates it).
Our kids are sheltered because suburban life is boring, and we like it that way. Our kids help us with building, design, decorating, moving and even the maintenance of our short term rental units. The main reason we love being hosts is because it has been a great family experience and has helped the family stay connected in such a meaningful way. We take tremendous pride and try to teach our boys to do the same by getting them involved with every aspect of running a successful hospitality business. I would definitely encourage other families with kids to do what we are doing if opportunity presents itself. Nothing last forever, but the memories we make with our kids can be passed on to the next generation.
If you have read this far, you must have some sort of interest in this property. I am 1000% sure you will not be disappointed. Let us earn your business and your trust and that’s how you will become our repeat guests whenever your in town.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Water park and amusement park is on the beach 5 minute walk from house. The beach has perfect calm water for our jet skies. Short train, bus or even a beautiful ferry ride will take you to New York City 45minutes away or our favorite beach Sandy Hook 18 minutes away. The fishing on our pier that goes one mile out provides some incredible good eating fish. We even have hunters from Minnesota come down for some rare duck hunting expeditions in the fall months during migration season. Boat charters, bike rentals, kayak rental or even wind surfing tournaments, we have a little for everyone. We even had body builders who came to compete at events on the beach they where winners and we help them get a good nights rest that’s the main reason they probably won lol.
Keansburg is awesome small town that actually want short term rental to boost its local economy, while the restaurants and nightlife is being built all around this town apparently they are also building 700 luxury units which will make this town the destination hot spot for many years to come.
If you build it, they will come! I highly recommend our brand new lounge with a rooftop deck at The Beach Gallery in Keansburg or get some amazing Steaks at The Goat a-few miles down the road. Don’t forget some great burgers and martinis at Halfmoon also located in our little beach town of Keansburg.
