Pool Rules: Please abide by all pool rules and times of operation listed at the pool site. Not following pool rules will result in a $200 fine.

We had a great stay at Shawn's place. We were traveling with four adults for two nights and were extremely comfortable. Shawn was extremely communicative. The community that the unit was in felt safe. We didn't take advantage of parking, the kitchen, or most any other amenity, but everything was available. I'd recommend this property to anyone visiting ATL.

The condo is as pictured, and overall well stocked. We did like the location, it was near the places we wanted to go. We had booked based on the pool, and confirmed directly for our dates. We arrived, and the pool was not open. We did feel this should have been communicated.

Great location

We were only in Atlanta for one night and this property was the perfect spot for our family. The location was ideal for us - close to the aquarium, Centennial Park and restaurant options. The gated community felt very safe and was lovely. We would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Shawn’s apartment! From the start, communication with Shawn was excellent—he was very responsive and easy to work with. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were very cozy, and the water pressure in the showers was amazing. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend this place to others.
