Subway (line U2 to "Spittelmarkt), Exit "Wallstrasse", the distance from this exit to our house is appr. 300 m.
The house (and the apartment) was built 2012.
The apartment was renovated in 2023.

The apartment has a high standard, parquet floors, fully equipped kitchen, 2 fridges, stove dishwasher etc.,

2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (full-size bed), the other with 2 single beds,
anti-allergic covers for mattresses and washable blankets/pillows,

modern and convenient furniture,
no air conditioning (it is not needed in Germany most of the time)

people over 25 years are preferred,
please no groups of young women/young men

There won't be any other people/guests during your stay - so you will be alone in the apartment.
There are some personal items of the owners (cosmetics etc.). Please leave it as it is.
