Island Princess #515 is a stunning Fort Walton Beach vacation rental directly on the pristine white sandy shores of Okaloosa Island. This 3 bedroom/3 bath was so comfortable, clean, and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out! I liked being on the end of the building so our elevator wasn’t always crowded and busy. The balcony views are great for morning coffee and coming in from the beach for lunch. Legacy was very friendly and easy to work! We hope to stay again very soon!

Our stay was magnificent! The balcony ocean view was awesome! Very clean! The kitchen is fully equipped! Could use a new sofa & Loveseat. I would definitely recommend this condo!

Nice place quiet easy beach access. Would stay there again. Only issue was water was turned off to the building for about 5 hrs.

Great view & very nice!

Check in was smooth, property management stayed in contact whole time, the place was spotless, everything was fantastic!! Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need (utensils, cookware, cups, mugs, keurig, etc). Very pleased! Oh, and the view was great!!

Condo was very nice and clean. View was incredible. It was quiet and easily accessible. I liked that we had a covered parking, however we weren’t able to use it much. I have a full size suv and it’s hard to maneuver if someone else is already parked next to it. If I had to pick anything negative, it was the primary bedroom door. The barn door didn’t offer much privacy to the kitchen/living space. Another note; there wasn’t any extra trash bags or salt and pepper in the kitchen. Communication was top notch. We felt safe. The first night my hatch on my car wasn’t shut and the on site security came up and told us. Beach access was excellent. The beach attendant did tell us it was first come first serve. So we didn’t automatically have a beach service reservation. And you have to get up early to save your spot every day. We would definitely choose this place again. I’ve already recommended to family.

Amazing views and very comfortable spacious and well laid out unit. Nice surprise to get two chairs and an umbrella on the beach as part of the rental. Tip: the unit does not provide beach towels. Our first time in the Florida panhandle so maybe this is the norm to being your own beach towels. Otherwise it’s a great unit and the property manager as very easy to work with.

We have been coming to Okaloosa since 2005 and this is the BEST unit we’ve ever stayed in! It was clean and convenient. Elevator is so nice to have plus the optional parking on garage was nice since we have a a large truck that didn’t fit in covered parking. The best part is the VIEW is amazing! Seriously perfect from living room and master bedroom. Only thing that would be nice is a locking door for master bedroom. It is a sliding door that still allows a crack to see through on either side.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the stay was great. Anytime I had a question about the u it before we got there they responded def very quickly. We had a drainage issue with the tub and called Legacy and they sent someone right in over. I had to call another time and had to leave a message about the toilet being clogged and never heard from another so we had to buy a plunger for the unit, but that wasn’t a huge deal. We will definitely rent from Legacy again.
