With four king-sized beds and room for up to 16 guests, our home offers comfort and convenience for everyone. The open floor plan creates a welcoming atmosphere, while the expansive living area provides plenty of space to relax and unwind.

Entertainment is endless with a games room featuring air hockey and pool tables, as well as a bonus room with a foosball table. Step outside to discover your own private oasis, complete with a heated pool, relaxing spa, and a covered patio for al fresco dining. ( Retro arcade game is out of order pending parts)

****There is a maximum of 4 vehicles per reservation, as per resort policy. Unfortunately, we are not able to make any exceptions.

But the fun doesn`t stop there. Windsor at Westside boasts a range of resort amenities, including a zero-entry pool with waterslides, a hot tub, and a lazy river surrounded by lush landscaping. Stay active with access to a fitness room, tennis courts, basketball courts, and sand volleyball.

*All guests can enjoy the resort amenities free of charge.

*Pool/Spa Heat is available for $40 dollars per night and must be turned on for the duration of the stay. Heating will typically run on a timer from morning to evening each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the water may not heat to the desired temperature. The pool heater is required to heat the spa and operates as one system. The pool will warm while the spa is off and when the spa is activated, the heater redirects its power to the spa. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to add this to your reservation.

*Please kindly note that Pool/Spa Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.

*Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.

*Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.

*We provide standard bath towels, bed linens, and basic kitchenware (pots and pans). Please kindly bring any pool/beach towels, hand towels/washcloths, toiletries, and any condiments, spices, or additional supplies you may need.

*Please kindly note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to platform liability policies.

*Please kindly note that USPS does not deliver inside vacation rental resorts in Orlando. We’re unable to be responsible for delivery of mail or packages from any carrier. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

*A BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a third party company for an additional charge. If you may be interested, please let us know and we will provide you more information for setup. Please note the grill at the home is for owners personal use only.

*Pets are NOT allowed.

*Smoking is not allowed inside.

*Parties and events are prohibited.

*Please kindly note that, as part of the resort’s policy, commercial vehicles with business logos, trailers, RVs, or boats are not permitted to park inside the resort.
