The bright and airy main floor features an open-concept living space where everyone can gather. Relax in the living room with a Smart TV, share meals at the 8-person dining table, or prepare feasts in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern stainless steel appliances and two dishwashers.

Step outside to your private, screened-in lanai. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee with tranquil lake views, dine al fresco at the 6-person patio table, or spend sun-drenched afternoons lounging by your private pool and spa.

*First Floor:*
* Master Suite 1: King bed with an ensuite bathroom.
* Bedroom 2: Queen bed with an ensuite bathroom.

*Second Floor:*
* Master Suite 3: King bed with an ensuite bathroom.
* Bedroom 4 & 5: Two Queen beds with a shared Jack and Jill bathroom.
* Bedroom 6: Queen bed with an ensuite bathroom.
* Bedroom 7: Two twin beds.
* Bedroom 8: Queen bed.
* A shared bathroom is conveniently located for bedrooms 7 and 8.

Upstairs, you'll also find a fantastic game room, providing a perfect entertainment hub for guests of all ages.

You will have exclusive access to the entire home, including the private pool, spa, and game room. Check-in is a breeze with our simple and secure self check-in keypad.

### House Rules

* Check-in: 4:00 PM
* Check-out: 10:00 AM
* Minimum Age: At least one guest in the party must be 21 years of age or older.

### Important Information

* **Private Pool Heat:** Available for an additional fee of $30 + tax per night for the entire stay. This must be requested at least 2 days prior to your check-in date.
* **Barbecue Grill:** A grill with a propane tank can be rented for $65 + tax per stay. Please request this service before your arrival.
* **Amenities:** We provide all linens, towels, hairdryers, an iron, and an ironing board for your convenience. The home has central AC and heating and free WiFi.
* **For Families:** A Pack and Play and a high chair are available upon request.
* **Package Delivery:** Please contact us directly for instructions regarding package deliveries to the property.
* **Concierge Services:** We are happy to help arrange park tickets, grocery shopping, and more.܏
