This is a perfect spot with big, comfortable bedrooms. Excellent location for exploring Downtown St. John's. If you're tired of exploring, there's Venice Pizzeria and Parlour Cafe & Gelato just a few doors down!

Great location, clean and well managed. Only downfall was the homeless fellow living outside our front door daily on the sidewalk. Outside appearance could use some upgrading. Dog next door a bit loud at times.
