Cutie Pie South Congress Studio Travis Heights

Live like a local in a beautiful, quiet and upscale neighborhood walking distance to margaritas on South Congress!

The space is a charming studio that is cleaned and maintained to a very high standard and it has all the essentials: Nice bed, AC, Wi-Fi, kitchenette, laundry and so forth.

You can walk, jog and even swim at Stacy Park right in the neighborhood.

Amazing central location. 5-10 minute drive to Downtown, Zilker Park, Rainey Street, 6th Street and the East Side.

Our apartment is set up to be a perfect getaway for one or two people. It is up one flight of stairs.

We have a large parking lot behind the building that you are welcome to use. There is also street parking readily available.

The kitchenette has a mini-fridge, microwave, sink, coffee maker, toaster, glasses, plates and silverware.

There are so many wonderful restaurants on South Congress (SoCo) like La Perla, Guero's and Home Slice Pizza. Be sure to check out the Continental Club as well.

You will have absolute and entire full access to the entire unit and property. Please enjoy anything and everything on site and make yourself at home.

Keyless entry and simple check-in and out, and assuredly extra clean, going above and beyond all industry standard cleaning protocols every time.

Very convenient location

Located just outside of the parking enforcement zones for S Congress, it is a great place to stay if visiting and exploring the Austin area. Located on a quiet street but just a 10 minute walk to some of the best restaurants in Austin. The mattress could be firmer and the shower needed some upkeep but the owner listed to our concerns and addressed them, over all a great little place to stay.
