Fancy Pants South Congress Studio

Live like a local in a beautiful, quiet and upscale neighborhood just a few walking blocks from margaritas on South Congress!

The space is a charming studio that is cleaned and maintained to a very high standard and it has all the essentials: Nice bed, AC, Wi-Fi, kitchenette, laundry and so forth.

You can walk, jog and even swim at Stacy Park right in the neighborhood.

Amazing central location. 5-10 minute drive to Downtown, Zilker Park, Rainey Street, 6th Street and the East Side.

Our apartment is set up to be a perfect getaway for one or two people. It is up one flight of stairs.

The apartment has a parking space right in front of it that you are welcome to use. There is also street parking readily available.

The kitchenette has a mini-fridge, microwave, sink, coffee maker, toaster, glasses, plates and silverware.

There are so many wonderful restaurants on South Congress (SoCo) like La Perla, Guero's and Home Slice Pizza. Be sure to check out the Continental Club as well.

You will have absolute and entire full access to the entire unit and property. Please enjoy anything and everything on site and make yourself at home.

Keyless entry and simple check-in and out, and assuredly extra clean, going above and beyond all industry standard cleaning protocols every time.

We do not live on site but are always available and nearby should you need anything. Send us a message!
