Magnifique, rénové, grand (2400 pieds carrés), maison de 4 étages avec 5 lits queen, 3 matelas pneumatiques queen (si nécessaire), et un impressionnant 3. 5 bains Chaque chambre est sur son propre sol, avec sa propre salle de bain privée et walk-in. Il est une magnifique propriété pour les voyages partenaires d'affaires qui veulent l'espace, les escapades en famille, et les réunions de groupe car il peut accueillir tout de 3 - 14 personnes.

Un grand mélange de classique et moderne, avec des planchers de pin de bois franc d'origine 1920 partout, escalier et les rampes d'origine, et des améliorations modernes (granite encadrée de foyer à gaz pour les nuits froides d'hiver!). La maison dispose également d'une grande enveloppe autour terrasse extérieure avec barbecue, hamac et table du petit déjeuner. Toute la maison est équipée d'un système d'interphone entièrement fonctionnel, ainsi que d'un système de musique et d'enceintes Bose compatible avec les iPhones et / ou les iPod via Bluetooth. De plus, la cuisine est entièrement équipée pour vous aider à dormir tranquille et se détendre!

Birthday trip to Philly

Excellent property and home with great location to airport and local attractions. Wonderful kitchen and very comfortable beds. Easy walking distance to multiple breakfast spots. Would definitely recommend!

Location of this home was perfect for our families needs. We were in Phili for a wedding, traveling with 8 adults, 2 kids and an infant. Kevin answered every question I had very promptly. The house was very clean, as pictured, in a nice neighborhood that we all felt safe in. Great coffee shop around the corner. We walked one after noon to Market St and walked one day to Reading Terminal with a stop at the Liberty Bell on the way back. Highly recommend Kevin’s property!

Great stay

Philadelphia has so much to offer and this beautiful home has easy access to many of them. It’s easy to walk or catch a bus. Loved our stay!

City vacation

Couldn’t be happier with our experience. It was a nice to have a respite in between kids’ weekend lacrosse tournaments. Loved the house and the neighborhood! Would gladly stay here again.

Great location

We spent a week in this lovely 3 story home. Close to the historic sites, with easy parking found out front Lots of steep steps inside, so a little difficult for my 83 year old dad, but we loved the character of the home and neighborhood.

Historic Philly Rowhouse

The 3 BDRM sleeping arrangements will comfortably hosts 6 couples if four of the couples share a room. Each of the 3 BDRMs have a private full bath, which is really nice. There is a centered, steep, old wooden staircase to the rooms. The kitchen is very nice and we really appreciated the coffee packets provided by the host.

Great home facing Beautiful Park - Cherry Blossoms a bonus!

Beautiful home with modern updates! Easy walk or drive to Independence Historical Park! Plenty of space with large rooms, bathrooms and closets! We enjoyed being able to spread out! The park in front of the home was beautifulwith cherry blossoms in bloom!

Wonderful Property

Girls trip to Philly was made even more special by staying at this property. Central location, great neighborhood. It was cold so we took Lyft or Uber most of the time, however in warmer, less rainy weather could have easily walked to restaurants and bars. Checking in and out was easy and Kevin was quick to respond to my questions. Would highly recommend this property to my friends and family.

Comfort and Convenience in Philly

Our family of 9 found our vacation dwelling comfy and charming. Bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor gave the feel of a private suite for each family group. A quaint outside area to read and relax was enjoyed by everyone. No problem with plenty of street parking! Easy walk to coffee, food, shops and the sights. The owner was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions. We enjoyed our stay in this cozy Philly home! parking.

Gorgeous house!

We were celebrating my 60th birthday and the house was perfect and had everything we needed! The park was a plus! We would love to again! We could not figure out the tv in the living room even with the instructions and a few of the extra comforters had stains on them. Those are the only negative comments we have…loved it!!

Fun in Philly

We had a great 2 night stay in Philadelphia at this rental. Everything was as advertised. Parking was never an issue, coffee was excellent just around the corner at Herman’s and location was good for getting around town. The home was nice & clean too. As other people have previously noted, there are a lot of narrow, noisy stairs, but that didn’t trouble us. (2 adults, 2 teens)

Spring Break in Philly

We loved our stay! House is clean, well-kept, spacious, and comfortable. Quiet area, with bus pick up on the corner. We loved having a bath w each BR, plus laundry. Stairs are a bit steep, but it’s a very old home. Only suggestions: kitchen needs teaspoons, a few light bulbs need replaced, some floor nails sticking up. A unique place to stay, updated and a great price for all the space in the city! Loved our vacation in Philadelphia. Thank you =)

A true gem located in the most quiet/safe neighborhood in Philly

Kevin was an amazing host during our stay. Always made sure that we had everything we needed from his place and very quick to respond to any concerns/questions we had during our stay. Our friends and family along with our dogs came to visit for a wedding weekend and we all had a great time! Not only it is conveniently close to all the popular restaurants that South Philly has to offer (within walking distance) but the park right in front of his place was incredibly clean and convenient for our dogs, even during late hours! Parking was super easy to find. Great neighborhood down in south Philly and very safe. Would highly recommend, just be sure to respect the quiet hours in his neighborhood. Thanks again for having us Kevin!

Enjoyed our stay!

This was a great place for us to stay. The kids loved the master bath and the kitchen was nice and big to fit all 5 of us. The home was beautifully renovated and the bedrooms and baths were clean and spacious. We were able to walk to all the sites that we wanted to see and people were very friendly and helpful. There were a couple of things that would look into addressing...... First that there were no regular glasses to drink out of. There were plenty of wine glasses which was great but if you wanted a glass of water or oj in the morning you had to drink out of a jar, a flower vase or huge beer mugs. Not great for 70 year old grandparents or kids. Also the kitchen floor needed to be cleaned under the rug and actually I would pull the rug up all together because it was a tripping hazard. All in all I would stay here again. Thanks for opening your house up to us!

It was a hot one

The owners were very responsive to the incorrect keypad code that was sent in the welcome email along with sending a handyman to try and fix the AC that was faulty. Unfortunately the unit was not ready for our visit as we had to open all AC vents to try and cool the home which was 82 degrees upon arrival. Tough environment for a family of 6 when it was in the mid-90’s. There was also wet sheets in the washer and a load of towels in the dryer we had to move but that wasn’t a big deal. The cable system also did not work. The home overall was nice and would recommend it as long as the HVAC system is corrected and there is better preparation of the property for upcoming guests. The owners did graciously extend a small refund for the challenges mentioned above which was appreciated.

Great for a family

Pros: Close to great donuts, coffee, cheesesteaks, and other food Having the park across the street is fabulous for kids and dog Lots of space to sleep, relax, and get ready Communication was great Cons: The area rugs and bathroom rugs need cleaned, replaced, or just taken out The washer and drier need replaced. The washer has a spot that the socks got stuck in and the drier doesn’t dry great. For me the wall plug ins made the house smell worse and were way to strong The beds are ok but could also be replaced soon. The frames are starting to break The biggest con was parking. We were there for four days and never once were able to park in front of the building. We always had to park at least a block away. This wasn’t really too big of a deal except the night we got there and needed to unpack 4 kids, a dog, and all of our stuff. Overall though the cons are minor things that could just make the place that much better. I’d definitely stay again because the pros outweigh the cons easily.

The property is located across the street from a park. The neighborhood is quiet. The house was clean and bedding and towels and shampoo, conditioner AMD body was was provided. The house was spacious. It's 4 levels inside. The first floor is the living quarters with a large living room, kitchen and dining room. Has a nice little outdoor space. The other 3 floors all had a spacious bedroom and bathroom suite which was really nice for privacy. The host was awesome with communication and was very responsive. It is a beautiful home with old character.

Great First Time Philly Experience

Great location. Bus pick up spot right next to the house with east access to Philly PHLASH and other public transportation options. Herman’s Coffee right down the street and legendary Geno’s Philly Cheesesteak within walking distance.

Really cool row house

Yes, the stairs. My kids loved going up and down all 29 (yes my daughter counted) and mine are 7 and 3 years ild. Just don’t come here to recover from knee surgery. But this place was so great, absolutely would stay again. Full bathrooms for each bedroom was a luxury, and they were very nicely done. Thoughtful amenities throughout, if I had to give a constructive criticism it would be basic staples in the kitchen (we cook a lot). The location is great, close but not in the chaos of the city, and my kids loved the park. We didn’t have any trouble parking right in front, although advanced parallel parking skills are required sometimes. Communication with the owners was easy and they were responsive. Philly was such a great part of our trip, and this house was super cool!

Great property

Great property. I am a vrbo owner myself, so I am very picky. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean, having 3 1/2 baths is unheard of in Philly. The outdoor space was very nice for entertaining. I did a lot of cooking, and the kitchen was well equipped for that. The owner was very responsive. We will be back.
