An amazing place! Excellent location, easy walk to so many restaurants shops and attractions. Super clean and has lots of space. Check-in smooth annd easy. Charming and elegant throughout. Loved it and will definitely stay again!

This property was so cute, cozy, and clean! As with most of downtown Philadelphia though, I would not recommend renting a car as it is hard to find parking! Thankfully ubers and Lyfts are plenty as well as walking. The host was great at communicating expectations and answering questions. Would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay within walking distance of a lot of great places!

Very clean, comfortable townhouse in a great location. The house has been thoughtfully renovated and has all the things you could need for your stay. Lay was a very responsive and helpful host, who gave very clear instructions and helped with parking info when I asked about that. Would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent house in an excellent location! Everything is clean and newly updated. It is across the street from the convention center, a block from the race/vine broad street subway stop and just a few blocks from reading terminal market and Chinatown. The host was very welcoming and responsive. I highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay! The home was exactly as pictured…it was clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. Being in the heart of Center City, we expected parking would have been a nightmare but we were surprised to find parking right across the street. Lay, was responsive, welcoming, and made the entire process seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Lay’s property was beautiful and fully stocked for a great stay. She had everything from coffee and sugar to a pack n play and high chair. Lay was very responsive as a host, and was very helpful in providing a parking map for me prior to our trip. Check in/out was easy with keyless entry and the house was spotless upon arrival. Would definitely recommend!

The home was great. It’s a row home that’s been renovated quite beautifully. Honestly, no cons other than parking had some issues there but we knew there was no parking attached to property so really not an issue for this listing. It would be absolutely ideal if it did but space is at a premium in Philly. We were more central than we realized and that meant we could walk around to a lot of places. Our multigenerational family was able to room and eat together vs having to rent two hotel rooms. Enjoyed Philly a lot.
