Charming cabin, steps to lake

We spend 5 nights at Locust Lake Village and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Peaceful, woodsy, getaway which was just the break we needed to concentrate our time on our grandchildren. Plus, the Poconos offer so many activities, there was something for everyone.

The property has a great vacation vibe with a nice pool table and video games plus two kayaks. Also a fire pit and outdoor seating. Everything you need plus only a short walk to the lake. Our 20-something aged kids loved sleeping in the loft with a lovely view of the trees. Highly recommend!

Great Location

My wife and I spent time golfing in the Poconos and brought our dog with us. The residence was located close to golf courses and dining establishments. It was more than enough room for 2 of us, would certainly stay again. It was clean, safe, and friendly neighborhood.

Steps from beach

We enjoyed our stay, the kids liked the game room, kitchen was well equipped (just need a colander) beds were comfy, bathrooms are nice. Loved the two kayaks and paddleboard. Our cons are that the tv was Roku and there aren’t any instructions and the a/c didn’t have instructions either which left us freezing cold or needing to open a window. The steps to the loft are VERY steep and I wouldn’t leave small children on them. Overall, we had a great time and would go back.

Great!

Everything about this cabin and location were perfect for our family of four plus dog for a summer long weekend. The house was clean, comfy, lots of space, plenty of towels and extra blankets. The 2 kayaks and paddleboard looked brand new, and we were so close to the lake that we could walk the kayaks down. The fishing from the shore was good (pulled some big bass). In summer, the lake has a nice beach, a floating swimming dock, and inflatables for the kids to climb and jump off from, plus a pretty decent snack shack. No dogs allowed on beach, but the neighborhood is huuuge and great for walking the dog and seeing the tamest deer ever. Christine was very responsive - answering questions within minutes. Highly recommended.

Beautiful A-frame styled cabin with 3 bedrooms and a bonus loft! Pool table and 2 arcade games. Wood fireplace in the living room with ample seating for 8. Locust Lake is less than a 2 minute walk from this home! 2 Kayaks are provided for your enjoyment. We love The Poconos for the amazing outdoor opportunities it provides, from hiking trails, to kayaking, swimming, shopping, restaurants, and more!
