Perfect rental for a family with pets. There’s a grassy area next to the house for a dog to easily go potty and run around and a pet waste station nearby. The kitchen had enough cookware and untensils to make meals. Communication with the owner was smooth. Would stay here again any time!
This home was clean and well appointed with everything I needed for my stay. The host was responsive and an excellent communicator. The surrounding community is friendly and quiet. Perfect!
Clean and spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. Really enjoyed the BBQ grill, and the easy access to Moab. Check-in, and communication were great. Only downside for us is that the garage will not fit a SuperDuty pickup, but no big deal, there was plenty of driveway parking.
This was such a lovely place to stay in Moab! It was big, clean, and comfortable for our family and pups. Close to town, amazing views, and great communication from the owner. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is gorgeous; I really liked the open plan ranch style. It is just 20 minutes from Arches National Park and around 10 minutes from Moab downtown. Jeff was great and assisted us when we need it help. The pool it's just steps from this property and the view to the mountain is just majestic.

Great 3 bedroom 2 bath. Perfect for our family and dog. Jeff was awesome and very responsive to let us have an early check in. Would definitely stay there again.
We didn’t spend a ton of time in the unit but it was comfortable, clean and fit all of needs perfectly! Beds are comfortable, kitchen is stocked nicely and I love that you can use the garage.
The location, building and neighborhood are nice. It is quiet and dark at night. It was awesome, except for one thing. We had a couple of cockroaches in the house, 3 spiders living behind a toilet and I think I was bit by a bed bug on our last night, but I did not see any. Not sure if these are common problems for the area or not. Get rid of the bugs and it is a 10 all the way.

Our team takes cleanliness and comfort very seriously, and we immediately inspect and address any guest concerns. The home is professionally cleaned and treated regularly, and while occasional desert insects can appear in our area, we have not found evidence of bed bugs. If we had been able to connect with you during your stay, we would have been happy to investigate and resolve your concerns right away.

Property was located where it wasn't far to drive to the places we were going, the house was nice, clean. The beds were so comfortable! The patio was cute, BBQ worked. The patio gate was a little hard to close. The garage was a perfect size and height! It actually fit our jeep which is on 42in tires! Impressive! The pool and spa were located in walking distance which was wonderful. Pool was cool enough and spa was perfect temperature, the spa had strong jets but no bubbles. But still nice with views of the beautiful red rock mountains
Property was excellent other than almost losing my wedding band down the master bath sink as there was no stopper, just the open drain. Other than that, everything was great! We weren't there much to use many of the amenities that were available like the kitchen or BBQ area, or the pool etc. They were there and available had we chose to use them. I would definitely stay here again without a moments hesitation.
The first thing I hope for when I check in is a fully stocked kitchen and this one delivered. The space was great clean and roomy. There is not an ounce of wasted space and outdoor patio was lovely with cool breeze. For all of the motorheads out there there was a full size spacious garage for you to secure your toys at night. My only issue was the nonstick frying pans were no longer nonstick because some prior guests used steel utensils in them and scratched up the cooking surface. PSA: Come on renters it is 2025. Slow drivers need to get out of the passing lane and yield right just like people in the kitchen need to use plastic utensils in the nonstick cookware and not metal utensils. The owner is delivering a great product so renters need to treat it that way.
