We absolutely loved our stay in the cabin. It was well stocked with everything we needed and super clean. I could still see Rangeley lake from the coffee table in the morning. Very peaceful.

Wonderful cabin!
Wonderful cabin in a great location! Have vacationed in the Rangeley area since the early 1960s. We usually tent camp, but with potential effects of Hurricane Henri, we opted at the last minute to stay here. This property is well-stocked with all the essentials and was very comfortable! The area has much to offer in the way of scenic beauty, hiking trails, stores, and restaurants.

Every member of the Morton Furbish team was excellent, personable and helpful. We fully enjoyed our stay in Rangeley and returned home refreshed and renewed. We promised ourselves not to be too long before we return.
Thank you.
It was very nice. The decors great, cute! Loved the loon calls!!
Would be nice for property management to check in upon arrival. Extra blankets needed. Not white linen or towels would be great.
Enjoyed very much!!

Wonderful Moose Lodge
Have been coming to this cabin for 28 years. Wonderful experience. The Rangeley Manor Association keeps the grounds up beautifully; the new owners have improved the cabin -- made screen porch a pleasant 4-season porch; added wide pine planking on the floors; installed efficient wood-burning stove in fireplace; added a lot of comfortable seating; subscribed to good satellite dish service. The side yard is private. Thank you for another wonderful visit!

Rangeley Manor Cabin 7-110
Positive side: we loved the division of the cabin. It had ample common space which became important since it rained a lot the week we were there.
On the "needs improvement side": The cabin kitchen needs a major updating. The refrigerator froze all vegetables, the carpet was terribly soiled and the spots and pans and cutlery were marginal. The couch cushions were dirty .
The outside was a mess from the wind surge and no one came to do a clean up. We were disappointed in the maintenance. However, my daughter's cottage #10 was updated and cleaner and wifi became available on Tuesday.

Rental cabin# 110-7
This cabin is extremely comfortable. The kitchen is well set up with all the utensils one needs, as well as a comfortable livingroom and 2 comfortable and well furnished bedrooms. We've now stayed in it in 2017 and 2019, and will plan to rent it the next time we stay in Rangeley.

Our summer home.
This particular house was very warm and pleasant during our stay. It is our home away from home and we really enjoy coming back every season. Hopefully, it will be available to us in 2018 during the same time as this year. We look forward to coming back for many years to come. As far as making any changes, everything is perfect the way it is.

I have been coming to
I have been coming to Rangeley with the Evans party for many years and love the cabin we've had at Rangeley Manor. A continuing problem for me, and I suspect for others getting older, is access to the lake. I wear water shoes but walking on the pebbles and rocks is very difficult--slippery and dangerous. I have fallen several times and have had to be helped in and out of the lake. I love to swim but am often reluctant to go into the water. I think it would be very helpful if there were a dock with stairs to make getting in and out of the lake feasible, or else, perhaps, creating a sandy entry that would take you in and out to about thigh level. The lake is such an intrinsic part of the pleasure to be had at Rangeley Manor, it seems a pity to make it so scary for some of us to enjoy it.
The basic problem is not the small pebbles right at the shore, but a little way in the rocks get larger and more slippery.

Love the Manor and #7.
Love the Manor and #7. Beautiful yard, good improvements over past few years (porch rebuild, etc.). Would suggest a few improvements in upkeep of interior. Blankets, bedspreads, throw rugs, etc. worse for wear at end of season. If you could take the place "off-line" for at least a day every few weeks for a thorough cleaning, including a good wash of those items, that would improve experience. Bedspread smelled.
