This cozy one bedroom condo is the perfect home base for your winter getaway. Located right on Saddleback Mountain, you'll enjoy true ski-in/ski-out access—step outside and be on the ski trail within minutes. The unit features a comfortable living area with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private bedroom with jacuzzi tub for a quiet retreat after a day on the slopes.

Sleeping Arrangements: Main Floor Queen

Additional Sleeping Arrangements: Pullout couch in the living room.

Location: Mountain Brook Condos are located just minutes from the Base Lodge on Cahill Lane, nearby the Morning Glory Trail. 7.8 miles to downtown Rangeley, 14.8 miles to downtown Oquossoc, and 1.7 miles to Saddleback Base Lodge.

We stayed at this Mountain Brook condo for the long holiday weekend. It was a perfect place for our ski weekend! The location on the mountain is great and the condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would stay there again! Also, Morton & Furbish are very responsive and accommodating.

Place is well equipped and furniture beds very comfortable. Very clean when we arrived, I would stay here again. Love that you can read in peace, saddleback restaurant has very impressive food also.

Fabulous

Loved, loved loved the location, the jacuzzi ad fireplace. It should be know that this is ADA compliant and everything is spacious an plenty of room for wheelchairs or walkers. Would definately stay here again.

Perfect location and excellent accessibility!

We had the BEST time at our condo this past week. We have an 11 yr old paraplegic sit-skier and he was able to ski down from the lodge right to the back ramp of the condo! PERFECTION! We will definitely book again for next year!

Great ski in/out spot!

Booked last minute and this little gem didn't disappoint. Because it's handicap accessible, it's very wide open and spacious. Comfortably fit our 4 boys in the living room (pull out coach plus we brought some air mattresses). Spacious eating area. The huge walk in closet was a nice surprise for extra storage. Prime spot for ski in/out down to the south branch lift. Skied home every day after a quick bite at the pub. Well maintained.

Good, basic on-mountain accomodations

This condo is a solid, basic one-bedroom, ADA compliant unit with ski-in and ski-out access to Saddleback. Very clean, minimally furnished, but overall comfortable interior. Be sure to bring your own salt and pepper, spray cleaner, and cooking oil - there are no basic consumables other than paper towels & TP in the unit. Otherwise, kitchen well equipped with pots & pans & cooking/eating utensils. Bring a cozy blanket for the couch for snuggling apres-ski. For those sensitive to mechanical noise, there was an unexplained ringing sound pronounced in the bathroom and bedroom - and the furnace is quite loud.

Location is fine for to get to slope provided it is not early or late season. small walk if there is no snow. Unit is sparsely appointed in the kitchen and bath and sparsely decorated. Also smells a bit like perhaps there was an accident on the carpet long ago and never cleaned up. Water pressure and hot water limited. Someone wanted to take a Jacuzzi bath and gave up because the hot water was just a trickle. We had a fine time and only cared about being there so no complaints, just observations for future renters.

Terrific location and great layout with everything on one floor. Details should more clearly state no washer and dryer option. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, way too soft and lumpy pillows.
