Please note: The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age. Upon booking, all guests are required to submit government-issued identification to complete the registration process for verification with community security.
My place is pet-friendly, but just a heads-up, I only allow small pets.
Enjoy seamless self-check-in at our spacious 5-bedroom retreat for up to 10 guests. Only 15 minutes from Disney, our home boasts a refreshing pool, handy washer/dryer, and Smart TVs for entertainment.
Just 30 minutes from Downtown Orlando and Universal, and 33 minutes from the Kia Center, it's the ideal spot to explore Orlando's magic or attend events. Experience comfort and convenience in every detail for your next stay!

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
➤ Just a heads up, guests can't use the closet in the entryway, but you will have access to the entire unit. Please make yourself at home.
➤ Two parking spot passes available. You can find extra parking at nearby stores. No commercial vehicles allowed – violators might get towed.

➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed.
➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
➤ Please keep in mind that I am not responsible for any packages you order to the unit.

1. Please contact me via Airbnb Messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary, so i can effectively prepare for next guests.
6. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am, and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $25 charge per additional half hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved.
9. A $50 fee will apply for any missing parking passes after check-out. Guests are required to return all parking passes to the original pick-up location and provide photo confirmation before departure.
