The Heron's Walk Community in Perdido Key, FL is just a short walk to the beautiful Johnson Beach National Seashore, as well as, multiple hiking trails and historic landmarks. Kayaking, picnicking, and swimming are all available at the Johnson's Beach National Seashore. If you'd like to explore the greater Pensacola area just adventure North from the neighborhood! Some activities in the area include Snorkeling on the emerald-water reefs (only 500ft from the shore!), Fishing on the nearby Charter Boats, exploring the dog beaches, watching the Blue Angels air show, and walking and biking sandy beach trails!

Policies:
1. Check-in is 4pm | Check-out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in home or on balcony.
3. Pool Rules are posted and must be followed! Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. NO GLASS ALLOWED. NO TOWELS hanging from Balconies.
4. Two Dogs welcome up to 40lbs each, $250 non-refundable fee per dog; pre-registration is required.
5. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
7. Please Note: Exterior security cameras are present and in place at the front and back of the home for added safety monitoring. Rest assured, your privacy is paramount, and no cameras are installed inside the living areas.

Perfect beach house for a family vacation. The pool was so nice and ended up being used a lot after Johnson Beach was closed due to the government shutdown. The house is super spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely book the Yellow House again.

Great location for family getaway

Family vacation!

We had a wonderful time staying here for family vacation! The kids loved the pool and hot tub and it was close to the beach! Loved the privacy it gave us! Only complaint was the top sliding door was a little hard to open and close.

Our stay was wonderful! The house was perfect, great location to the beach (walking distance) pool was chilly ( if it was heated it would’ve been a little better) had issues with the hot tub but texted and they came out right away and fixed it! We will try to be back in the summer!

Property had some maintenance issues but the property managers were excellent and addressed all of our needs and concerns. We had a lot of family and there was ample space for all of us. Just Amazing

We're in town for a few days to attend an event and this place was simply amazing. Very spacious and they have everything you could want. Easy to get to and there are restaurants close by. The pool was clean and refreshing. Alarms on all the doors leading to the pool is a nice touch to keep the little kiddos safe. Will definitely stay here again if it's avaliable.

The Yellow House

It was a great vacation at The Yellow House! It had all the accommodations for everyone, handicap, babies, and alarms to the pool. It was such a nice house and big for everyone. Really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend!

Its a very nice house with all the amenities. Needed more towels for a group of 14. Had to wash towels everyday which was a bummer.

We know washing towels isn’t exactly the highlight of a beach getaway, but with a private home for 14, the washer and dryer are a perk-wash all the salty sand out before you head home! Hopefully that small chore didn’t overshadow the big perks — your own private pool, plenty of space to spread out, endless restaurant options, and even the golf club nearby. We’re glad you enjoyed the house overall and hope the memories made far outlast the laundry.

Cute, nicely decorated home close to the beach. Easy in and out. Lots of room for the whole family. Comfortable and clean. The sliding glass doorsneed a little maintenance as they all were difficult to open. Thank you for the use of this beautiful house. We enjoyed our stay.

4th of July Vacation

We had a large group of 11 and the Yellow House was perfect! Adults each had their own room upstairs and the teen boys could hang in their own area downstairs! Easy beach access and plenty of chairs provided for everyone to use. We stayed over 4th of July and had the most amazing views for fireworks. You could easily see everything from the balcony and the shows went on forever! We had a great time!

Great House

The house was everything we wanted. The main living spaces were large and the bedrooms were nice. We ended up with 13 adults in the house. Nobody had problems with the beds. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and was large enough for what we needed. Everything we saw in the listing was true. The pool and hottub were great and the beach was a short walk from the house. We will stay here again

Family Getaway!

Our stay at the Yellow House was absolutely fantastic!! My whole family said it was their favorite place we have stayed!! I believe they have thought of everything you could possibly need! We have 18 in our family and we had plenty of room to spread out, which made all of us comfortable! Having the pool and hot tub available to us whenever we wanted was so much fun. They also have all kinds of toys for the kids to enjoy!! We will definitely be back!! Thank y’all so much for such a great place to stay for our large family!

PERFECT FOR FAMILIES

It was a great stay. The most comforting part was the alarm on all the doors leading to the pool. This is an amenity that should be posted on the listing because it gives so much peace of mind having small children. The house had plenty of space but very cozy. It includes lots of extra things available to use in the pool and at the beach. I was very impressed with the property.

Great Home

This is a great property. The house is well kept and everything is set up to make your arrival seamless. They have thought about making everything easy. Only downside is all beds are in very bad shape and uncomfortable to sleep in.
