This stunning 5th-floor Majestic Sun 505B condo in Miramar Beach offers breathtaking views of the sparkling waters and sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico right from a private balcony overlooking the beach. This two-bedroom vacation rental condo features a full kitchen, perfect for preparing a picnic before a day at the beach, a dining area, and a gorgeous living room that leads to a balcony with full Gulf views. The master bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed and an adjoined master bathroom. The second bedroom offers two full-size beds, an HDTV, and an attached bath. These bedrooms face the beautiful Seascape Resort Greenery and Stewart Lake. You will also find a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests. This beautiful vacation rental condo sleeps up to 8 and offers a washer and dryer in the unit.


With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.


At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.


*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

Family vacation

The condo was gorgeous. Short walk across the street to the beach. Check in was easy. Owner responded quickly to answer questions. The only thing I would suggest is to stock the kitchen with things like salt/pepper/oil/sugar.

Excellent condo and vacation spot!

The condo where we stayed for a week was excellent in every way for a beach vacation. It's roomy with all the things one needs for a homey stay...fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, nice bathrooms, comfortable bed, great TVs, and a tremendous view of the ocean. On site is a fitness center, indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, and jacuzzi. This area has easy access to restaurants, shopping, and many fun things; and the management team is very helpful and courteous. Highly recommend!

Wonderful trip with family

Wonderful trip with kids. The property manager promptly responds to questions and concerns. The property looks just like the pictures. The location is great for being close to the beach. The kitchen is stocked with utensils for cooking. Just a note, the ice machine is not working, so you'll need to buy ice from the store.

My only suggestion would be to do a deep clean of the condo. It seemed clean on the surface, but there was quite a bit of dust under and behind the furniture. In fact, I moved the couch and coffee table and did some vacuuming.

Perfect 2 week Stay!!

The Unit had everything we needed for a Comfortable Vacation with no issues what so ever. Only thing we didn't love was the Golf Carts taking up all the Prime parking places in the Parking Deck and even behind the Resort. With the Parking deck under Construction this made Parking challenging. I wish Golf Carts had a more centralized parking but this had nothing to do with our Unit just the only frustration we ran in to for the 14 days we were there.

Couch was broken when we arrived but was told it was gonna be replaced on our 2nd day there. It was not until 3rd day that it got repaired. They did provide a blow up mattress for the days we did not have a pullout bed but the mattress had been patched previously and did not hold air after the second night. They did however show up promptly to hang a new shower curtain because the one in condo was pretty molded. Other tan those things our stay was great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice and clean. The dryer did tear up not one, but 2 pieces of clothing. I realized one right away, but didn't realize the other until we got home. That's pretty frustrating. The condo was VERY convenient to access the beach. The little gym was efficient. The location was misleading as it came up as Destin...the name of the management company has Destin, but I didn't realize it wasn't Destin until after I booked it. We did enjoy our stay, and would rent here again. One of our adult kids didn't realize they couldn't leave towels on the balcony so someone came in and left a note inside saying not to do it and left the door wide open. That could have been handled a little better.

Our Majestic Sun units do have informational binders in the units that have the rules from the homeownes association in which states, unfortunately, that hanging towles from balconies are prohibited for safety reasons. Rest assured though, we certainly give our guests warning just in case. I believe our team should have tried to reach out to you via phone number or email prior to leaving the note but also wanted to make you aware prior to the HOA letting you know. Overall we were not happy with the property. The pictures made everything seem a lot bigger than it was. We were given one trash bag, one laundry pod, and one dishwasher pod. The beach chairs and umbrella that was provided were broken and my husband had to fix it. The master bathroom is out dated. The floor and tub where not clean. For the amount of money we paid for this I was upset with the quality. When we got locked out of our bedroom no one at the resort could help us. If you are going to charge this amount you need to provide a way to get ahold of someone, and actually provide things that are not broken.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The good: the condo is beautifully decorated and somewhat roomy for a 2 bedroom. Location could not be better and view is wonderful. Compliments to the cleaning staff before our arrival. The bad (and its a big one): the 2nd bedroom contains a full size bed and then twin bed with trundle. The chikdren were sleeping on trundle and my husband and I were sleeping in full(or maybe it was a queen). The mattress on that bed was BEYOND terrible. We are both 40 years old and the quality of that mattress nearly ruined our vacation. I felt like I was at youth camp. It had no support, almost felt like a trampoline. The entire vacation had our backs aching and we were exhausted from lack of sleep. These condos go on average for 1-2 thousand a week. It is completely unacceptable that the owners would be so cheap as to not supply a decent mattress for their guest. I could never justify doing this to my guest after them paying good money for my condo. Completely unacceptable.

Choose Another Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all the check in time was 4:00. Yes, it does say 4-6 but I have never had to wait til 6:00. Actually, we didn’t. At 5:30 we chose to forfeit the inspection process of the room. After driving 10 hours and sitting in the lobby for almost 2 hours with a 1 & 3 year old we just wanted to be in our condo. The rooms were VERY small. From the living room, kitchen, bedrooms & bathrooms. There was mold in the master bathroom. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. We couldn’t hand our clothes in the closets due to items of the owners taking up all the space. There is I think 3 towels & washcloths for each restroom. All of the furniture was very outdated and uncomfortable. The “old” recliner didn’t work. When you sit on the couch every area of the couch makes a sound that sounds like springs. It also felt like we were sitting on springs. There is no light on the balcony. There was nowhere close to park. We had to go to the parking garage every time to get the car.

While our contract does state check-in is between 4-6pm we certainly make our best efforts in trying to get our guest in as soon as possible. Majestic Sun units do not have balcony lights for the safety of the sea turtles since the beach is right across. There is parking that lies adjacent to the B building where you were staying in addition to the parking garage located in front of the A building. Unfortunately, this is not assigned parking but rest assured there is enough parking for all guests at Majestic Sun. The parking garage also has an elevator as well. I'd say my only complaint was that I always need a trow blanket- no matter how hot or cold I am. I used one of the bed quilts and it was fine. I'd 100% stay here again. Oh and letting guests know to turn left right after the gate house- because we were pretty tired and got a little lost in the complex.

Fun Labor Day Weekend away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean and well stocked. I was impressed with how well kitchen was stocked with adequate supplies and bathrooms with ample towels. Beds were comfy. Living furniture was old and partially broken but worked fine. Loved the view from the balcony.

Great view, but some amenities need to be upgraded

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was great. The location was good it was a quick drive to anything. Everything was good in the condo EXCEPT the chairs and couch and washer/dryer. The couch and pull out were very uncomfortable. The chairs there were on their last leg, the heaviest person with us was about 180 they were scared to sit in it because it felt like it would call apart at any time. So overall experience was great. My one change to the condo would be new furniture. The washer made our clothes smell like mold, like it hadn't been clean in a while. The dryer took a full 3 cycles for our clothes to dry.
