Simply amazing

This is a great property that is very well-located for exploring Denver and all the surrounding cities and towns. Easy to get to the mountains. The house itself is simply stunning, with all modern fixtures and amenities. It took a little getting used to all the modernities, but once we got them down, it was perfect. The owner was very responsive and reliable for all communications. Couldn’t ask for better. I very, very highly recommend this property!

A Mile-High Weekend to Remember!

Our recent stay in this four-level Denver house was a triumph. For any Broncos fan or concert goer, the location is a game-changer—a short, easy walk to the train and 2 stops to Empower Field at Mile High made our concert day experience completely stress-free.The house itself is stunning, with a modern, spacious layout spread across four floors that gave our group plenty of room. The gourmet kitchen was a highlight, fully equipped with high-end appliances and all the cookware we could possibly need. It was a huge plus that every bedroom was a private retreat with its own television, allowing everyone to unwind comfortably.The absolute best feature was the top-floor deck. The panoramic views of the Denver skyline and the stadium were breathtaking and provided the perfect backdrop for morning coffee and evening cocktails.This rental exceeded all expectations, perfectly blending an unbeatable location with luxurious comfort and top-tier amenities. We highly recommend this property for a premium Denver getaway.

I must say, this rental was as advertised and one of the best properties I have stayed in. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this property was designed with luxury and comfort in mind. The home's location is ideal for anyone looking to explore Denver and its surroundings. Situated in a quiet yet convenient neighborhood, it offers easy access to downtown Denver, just a short drive away. The proximity to major highways also makes it an excellent base for day trips to nearby attractions like Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Boulder, and even the Rocky Mountains. The property is very nice when it comes to amenities. The details have been carefully considered to ensure guests have a luxurious experience. The home features spacious, well furnished rooms with high-end finishes. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, granite countertops, and all the kitchenware you could need. It’s perfect for those who enjoy cooking or hosting a small gathering. I would definitely stay here again.

Das Haus ist sehr neu und modern ausgestattet. Man ist aufgrund der nahegelegenen Schnellstraße zügig in Downtown. Das Objekt ist sehr Hellhörig, was bei leichten Schlaf problematisch sein kann. Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und ist zu empfehlen.

Located in the heart of Denver, our 2024 custom built home offers unparalleled access to the city's vibrant energy: Red Rocks Amphitheater, Mile High Stadium, Ball Arena, Coors Field, and Meow Wolf! We live in a quiet neighborhood and have an insane rooftop city view of the whole Denver skyline! We are walking distance from the Light Rail and have easy access to 6th Avenue to get to the mountains. We also live close by a frisbee golf course and lots of green spaces.

The living room showcases state-of-the-art Thermador appliances, including a quiet dishwasher and a propane stove with flat top cook top. Our kitchen refrigerator and cabinets comes equipped with push-button technology for easy cabinet access. A double Thermador fridge complements ample counter space, ideal for dining and entertaining. Adjacent, a spacious dining room table is enhanced by a fireplace and convenient half bathroom on the ground level. We have giant windows and beautiful real plants throughout the house to make you feel like you are part of nature.

Master Bedroom: Retreat to luxury in the master bedroom featuring a full soaking tub, dual double sinks for added convenience and space, ensuring a spa-like experience right at home and a Toto heated bidet toilet. A smart TV is mounted on the wall, perfect for your entertainment needs during your stay.

Guest Bedroom: A tranquil oasis awaits in the guest bedroom, complete with its own private bathroom in the hallway and full closet ensures comfort and privacy for visitors.

Upstairs Bedroom: This versatile space offers a full bathroom with shower and unique access to a private rooftop balcony, perfect for soaking in the city views. Additionally, it features a cabinet for your clothes and a desk, ideal for remote work. I have a trundle bed with two twin beds.

Basement: The fully finished basement is an entertainment haven, complete with a wet bar, drink fridge, and a seating area with a smart TV. It also includes a full bathroom and a guest bedroom with a washer and dryer for your utmost convenience during your stay. A stationary bike is available for your use during your visit as well!
