Ilha‘s house was beautiful and perfectly appointed. The kitchen was fully stocked with really nice quality items. The beds were super comfortable. Everything was as clean as could be.Ilha was incredibly responsive when there was something we needed. We’ve already rebooked for next year!

We liked the house: it's very clean, cozy, and comfortable inside. The neighbors are very quiet. The beach and shops are close by. The ocean is 3 miles away—the beach is very nice. We would happily stay in this house again.

Olga was very nice host. We loved staying here because it’s 3 minutes from the beach. We love this cozy home it has everything from washer/dryer to towels for the beach. She had kids sand toys my daughter loved. This is our second vacation here! 10/10!

The host was very welcoming and answered any questions we have. The location was desirable and close to all necessities. They have lots of pool/beach items to allow the children to have fun. The only suggestion I have is mattress foam/soft toppers for the guest rooms. The screened in porches were nice on the cool nights. The neighborhood is safe and walkable.

Exactly what we needed

This property is clean, well appointed, and made it very easy to get to the family gathering we were attending. Once the beach is repaired from the hurricanes this fall, it's a short drive to the beach, it's half a mile from a grocery store and pharmacy, and feels very cozy and private. The host communicated well. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Englewood.

It felt like home

My husband and I just spent 5 wonderful weeks here, along with his sister and her husband. Almost immediately we felt like it was home. We like to play cards at night and the kitchen table gave us ample room. The kitchen was laid out nicely which made it easy to prepare meals. The living room area was very comfortable. Aside from the Superbowl, I don't think we watched any TV, but it is a very large screen. All of the beds were comfortable. We spent quite a bit of time sitting in the screened porch and also out on the patio. One thing that we all liked was the fact that it was so peaceful and quiet. That may be due to the fact that one side and the back are wooded areas. When we had questions, Olga responded quickly. That's always comforting. No need to pack beach towels. She has more than enough in the house for the guest to use. Due to the hurricanes 2 beaches were closed and fishing was not good. In no way did that effect the enjoyment we felt staying in this house. Our hope is to return next year and for a little longer.
