This newly remodeled and well appointed Studio room is located steps from downtown. The room includes granite counter kitchenette with coffee maker, microwave, fridge & bar sink.  It has a comfortable sitting area if having friends join you.  This condo has built in closet storage and the bath has updated tile around the tub shower combination.  The front entry door has a seating area with a table for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while watching the action on main street from tree top level.\n\nThere is a large common area deck with umbrella covered tables and seating along the rail to view parades.  There is a gas grill on this deck as well as a gazebo with seating.\n\nParking downtown is very limited (and expensive), so, most guests simply park at the condo and walk... or ride the trolley. There is a trolley stop just south of the driveway.\n\nThere are many fine restaurants near the condo... Local Flavor is an excellent choice for any meal and the beautiful Stone House Wine and Cheese Bar is a “stone’s throw” away. Also, The Stone House typically has live music every Friday night, so if you get to town early, stop in. Both are perfect places to relax in the afternoon.\n\nRiders welcome! La pièce comprend une kitchenette avec comptoir en granit, une cafetière, un micro-ondes, un réfrigérateur et un évier. Un coin salon confortable est également disponible pour accueillir des amis. Ce condo dispose de rangements intégrés et la salle de bain est carrelée autour de la baignoire-douche. L'entrée principale dispose d'un coin salon avec une table pour prendre son café le matin ou un verre de vin le soir tout en admirant l'animation de la rue principale depuis la cime des arbres.\n\nUne grande terrasse commune est équipée de tables sous parasol et de sièges le long de la rambarde pour admirer les défilés. Un barbecue à gaz et un kiosque avec des sièges sont également disponibles sur cette terrasse.\n\nLe stationnement en centre-ville est très limité (et coûteux), la plupart des clients se garent donc simplement à l'appartement et marchent... ou prennent le tramway. Un arrêt de tramway se trouve juste au sud de l'allée.\n\nDe nombreux bons restaurants se trouvent à proximité du condo... Local Flavor est un excellent choix pour tous les repas, et le magnifique bar à vins et fromages Stone House est à deux pas. De plus, The Stone House organise généralement des concerts tous les vendredis soirs ; si vous arrivez tôt en ville, n'hésitez pas à y faire un tour. Ces deux endroits sont parfaits pour se détendre l'après-midi. Bienvenue aux motards ! Nous disposons d'un grand parking plat derrière le bâtiment, facile d'accès en moto. Le stationnement des remorques n'est pas disponible.\n\n2 nuits minimum le week-end (3 nuits minimum les jours fériés)\n\nConseil : Les tarifs en milieu de semaine sont inférieurs aux tarifs week-end.
