Check in process was AWFUL, a staff member took a pic of my id and credit card in his phone to send to manager, made me uncomfortable, but i had just driven 17 hours with my child, so i didnt speak up like i shouldve. Our room was not at all what the pics looked like on the app. The tv did not work, the air conditioner was loud and old, the bathroom got soaked when you took a shower( never had hot water), water sprayed everywhere, we had towels on the floor the entire stay because the bathroom was soaked. We had no was cloths in the bathroom. Yes i asked for some, never got any. The sofa bed was busted down, my son ended sleeping in my bed which wasnt fun for anyone. The doors had no security lock for when youre sleeping. A randomn person came into our room when i was in the shower and my son was asleep, woke up my son who was scared to death, he said Can i help you, and apparently it was a staff member bringing a remote. 2 days after i told them our tv didnt work Extremely strange to walk into an occupied room. I felt so violated by this intrusion, and not to mention the language barrier. The pool was cloudy and gross . It was the worst experience ive ever had booking through vrbo, this company LOWKL i do not recommend ever! Unprofessional, the room looked like a section 8 motel 6, the floor was peeling, there was mold in the shower, and i have pics and videos of all of it.
