Great place

Cute little place. We had a great time and will return again if we are in the area. The beach was not busy at all but was very nice. Loved how you could see the ocean from the dining room window!

Great Location

Great place, very clean and welcoming. Beautiful view of the ocean, quiet, lots of R&R! We loved the walking distance to some very nice restaurants and shops.

It was easy to find and store was not far away. I was happy it was quiet and I could see the ocean from my window.

Great place.

This place is in a great location, right on the beach and about 10/15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale. The building is really quiet too. The weather didn’t cooperate with us during our stay but we were able to enjoy the pool- it’s heated. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Great place

This property was just what we needed. Great lil condo. We had a minor issue with parking when we arrived but our host Terri was quick to get it straightened out. And yes there was a bit a noise from the construction going on next door but didn't affect our stay in any way. Great communication. Very nice and clean. Definitely recommend.

Cannot beat the location!

Everything is as stated and pictures are accurate. The location on the beach was wonderful. Everything you need packed into a small studio. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the glass front door! We will be returning to Terri's little paradise as soon as we can!

Christmas Vacation

Everything was as mentioned in the ad. No surprises. Very clean. Instructions well laid out. Didn't have any questions or reasons to contact building manager. Thumbs up!

Great Spot

I just love this small building setting. The outside is well maintained and it is just steps down from the pool to the beach. It is one block from the intercoastal park which is a pleasant place to watch the boats come/go and the bridge to go up. This unit is beautiful and very comfortable. It is well stocked with kitchen and beach supplies. The Murphy bed is very comfortable and the large flat screen TV is a great asset. I have stayed at this place two years now and hope to continue to rent each year.

It is exactly as it appears in the pics neat, tidy and fairly well equipped. It is much smaller than we are used of renting but when the Murphy bed (which was pretty comfortable) is put up in place the space "enough" for two people. I appreciated the good quality linens and the little extra things, like beach towels, chairs to take to the beach, that was a pleasant surprise. The pool was about 85 which was lovely, the pool deck is very small but the furniture is nice, I would say relatively new. The condo itself is an older converted hotel so you can hear people above & below you closing doors and moving chairs other than that it was pretty quiet. The beach is AWESOME and you are steps away. Would we stay here again YES, would I recommend it Yes.

Great location and cozy place

The location is great, right at the beach and close to the shops and restaurants. The easy access was really helpful as our flight was late. The place is very cozy and clean although it is quite small but enough for a couple. But apparently it is some pest issue in the building which hopefully will be resolved soon. The host was very friendly and helpful. Overall we have enjoyed our stay a lot!

Great Last Minute Trip

Prefect location for a quick weekend away while helping family clean up after the hurricane. Close to the beach with everything we needed. Loved the pool.

Great location!

We had a great time being g so close to the beach. We used the pool every day. We were close to everything we needed for the week. The place was compact but had all we needed!

Beautiful location..right on beach..lovely pool.. outdoor umbrellas need replacing..unit was ok.. definitely needs to be updated.. needs more electrical outlets. Was uncomfortable using extension cords!..a safety bar in shower is needed...please get rid of brown towels (yuk)!.. Murphy bed takes up whole place..get rid of? Much needed lighting needed... With a little paint and updates this would be perfect..out with the old in with some new and fresher decor..
