This apartment is incredible! It’s centrally located to the Blue line (right across the street) and walkable to so many restaurants and bars. The place itself is lovely and light-filled. The private patio was awesome for morning coffee and the building roof deck was never crowded and has padded furniture and fire pits (not that we used those in July, but still…)The sheets are soft and the towels are fluffy! The kitchen is very well appointed. We had everything we needed and more.Avantika is friendly and responsive and ensured that we had everything we needed.11 out of 10 experience all around!

Perfect for a stay in Chicago for a week

The property had everything we needed and communicating with the manager was fast and helpful when we had a question. We had easy access to the subway and bus system which got us all around Chicago for the week. We loved the deck but it was not usuable due to the wheather but in the summer it would be perfect.Overall we had a great stay.
