We loved the house and all the amazing decor and features. So comfortable and the hot tub and soaking tub were awesome! We would highly recommend this property and are looking forward to staying with Donna again!

This was a beautiful home! It was very clean and welcoming. Our dogs were allowed to stay with us, which was a big part of the reason we chose this home. They had a nice fenced in yard and were very happy. Donna was great with communication and was very friendly. We had a great experience with this home and would rent it again if we are in the area.

Donna is a wonderful hostess! She has thoughtfully provided a lot of touches that show she cares about your stay... from the coffee bar to the bath tub accessories to the Playstation. The outdoor area with hot tub, outdoor ping pong table and fire pit is such a fun space... and the lighting out there is also a great touch! She even has a little library with a 'take a book, leave a book'. My only feedback is that we would have preferred to be greeted with the smell of the diffusers (but they are there and she leaves oils so I assume they'd be okay to use)... and a sectional in the living room would be great for more seating for movie night. It was a great stay!

Holiday Fun

The house at 228 Cady, Nichols NY was really a charming stay. It has so many amenities and was decorated for Christmas in a very thoughtful way. We had Thanksgiving Dinner at the big kitchen and loved the special coffee station in the mornings. I recommend this spot for your Holiday retreat.

We had a lovely stay at this charming house in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were so comfy! It was spacious and very clean. Donna was so easy to communicate with and answered any questions promptly and politely! Definitely a great choice!!
