The house had everything and more that we ever need! The kids loved the pool and the treats. Even though the house is connected to the host’s house, we couldn’t hear anything from them which was really nice.

Very cozy clean property that lets you have pets without smelling like pets have been there! The pool is very nice, not large but the deep end is deep enough for jumping and lounging and floating. The region is quiet and relaxing. The kitchen is well supplied, and the snacks were a nice bonus.Very nice place for 2-3 guests.

This was a great place to stay! There was plenty of room, but it also felt cozy. The pool was a very nice addition on the hot days I stayed there. Abra is a terrific host and very friendly. I appreciate the attention to quality hospitality. The area is also central to many of the region’s attractions! Definitely recommended!

We had a wonderful stay! The space was on the smaller side, but it was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The full kitchen was a huge plus and made our stay much more convenient. We also really appreciated the thoughtful snacks that were provided—they were such a generous touch. The pool was fantastic and a highlight of our trip. Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we’d happily return!

Abra was excellent at communicating and helping out with our questions. Very clean with a cute coordinating decor. It was nice to be able to get into the pool after a day of hiking. The coffee setup was brilliant for getting ready in the morning. This place met our needs for our stay. There was some surrounding noise that woke me up but as a light sleeper bringing a good white nose machine should probably be a must pack for me.

Two adults and two teens stayed here for 3 nights. Home is roughly 20 minutes from Ithaca. Extremely clean and comfortable. Main bedroom bed was comfy and warm. Slept well. High quality air mattress in the common area. Teens reported to sleep pretty well on it. Small sitting area with TV. Well stocked kitchen with a very nice coffee bar. In fact, it inspired us to put a coffee bar on our kitchen a couple of weeks later. Abra, the host, was extremely nice and quick to respond when we ran out of toilet paper. Lovely place that we would stay at again in our next trip to Ithaca and the Fingerlakes.

Comfortable, quiet, relaxing place to stay! Hosts always quickly responded to any questions. Enjoyed the coffee bar and snacks! Fully stocked with cookware to make our morning breakfast, before heading out to our daily activities; we were too busy to use pool but it looked welcoming!

Stay in Spencer

We found our stay enjoyable with a pool right out the back door. We were on baby watch and our new grandson was 5 days late so we made arrangements to stay later and all worked out well. I loved the nearby town of Spencer and would definitely stay here again.

quaint and quite country stay

this place is delightful! clean and cute, it's exactly what was pictured! the property is beautiful - surrounded by fields and little mountains. so quiet and the night sky is beautiful. there were so many yummy snacks and coffees that made the stay feel extra homey and the decor is really cute. my dog loved it, too!

Very pleasant stay

This was a lovely country styled cottage with amenities that we didn’t expect. The owner provided us with complete privacy although at our disposal at any given time. She has cottage stocked with snacks and most anything you would need and although it’s was too cold and rainy to enjoy the pool it looked so inviting. Would definitely stay there again!

Ithaca Trip

We stayed with our dog for an over night concert in Ithaca. The suite is super cute and very accommodating. Abra was easy to contact and got right back with any questions. We especially appreciated the snacks and bottled water!

Leed Family Suite

The photos of the property were 100% accurate. We stayed 2 nights. The space was comfortable for the two of us. It was nice that the host left a snack station and a bathroom basket that had all those little things a traveler might forget in it.

We loved staying here! It was the perfect getaway for our little family & Abra was so kind to make sure we had whatever we needed while traveling with our 8 month old. She even set up a portable crib for him & made sure everything was fully stocked for our stay. She put a lot of thought into little details in the home (had extra toothbrushes, toilet paper, paper towels, baby plates, etc.). We loved having a great selection of board games to choose from in the evenings too. Her family was so warm & welcoming to us I could go on & on. We really enjoyed exploring the area & relaxing at the pool on the hot days. It was a perfect little getaway!
