Faith Cottage is a private, gated garden retreat at 614 Nichols Avenue — 720 square feet of Gold Fortified construction, a short walk from the heart of Fairhope.

The Space
Inside, a light-filled living area flows from a comfortable sectional to an island that seats four. The kitchen is genuinely equipped: gas range, Simply Good Coffee brewer plus Keurig, chef's deep sink with integrated cutting board, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher. The spa bath features double vanities, a pebble-floor walk-in shower, and hotel-grade bath products. The king bedroom has French glass sliding doors that open directly to your private garden terrace.

Outdoors
The garden terrace is what guests keep talking about. A shaded breakfast nook for morning coffee, alfresco dining for six, a garden lounge under string lights, and a mature double-lot garden — figs, persimmons, butterfly plantings, native plants — that makes the whole property feel rooted in Fairhope rather than assembled for a catalog. Two 14/50 EV chargers on-site.

Close to everything yet feels completely secluded. Very tranquil setting with everything you can possibly need from the well stocked kitchen to the bathroom just bring your toothbrush! Gated, Covered parking, charging station for your EV. The property has 2 units but we never heard or saw the other occupants. Great communication with the oweners.. they really thought about every little detail! We will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable *something very important to me*. The house has many thoughtful additions that we enjoyed. Also, we were so close to downtown Fairhope which was easily one of the most charming towns I’ve ever visited. Dave was a fantastic host as well! He was very quick to respond and just a wonderful person all around! If you’re a foodie like me, make sure to grab all his dining recommendations! We are already talking about our next trip back!

We were in town for a wedding weekend. This was the perfect place for us. It was very nicely decorated and well furnished. The seating outside the cottage was private and comfortable as well as peaceful and quaint. We would really like to plan another trip to visit and stay here again when we can enjoy more of what Fairhope has to offer. It’s a very friendly town with plenty of shops, restaurants, and close enough that a day trip to the beach could be included. But even the bay pier and parks are good for resting and relaxing with a view. We will definitely book with this property again. Thank you for a nice stay and being such good hosts by providing good information and checking on us frequently.

A great peaceful retreat tucked away in an area you wouldn't expect to find such a beautiful place.Impeccable furnishings, and outdoor seating areas, complete with a fire pit, water feature, and privacy. Jen and Dave are ideal hosts with easy access and great communication. Faith Cottage is one of the few Gold Fortified vacation rentals in the area — a construction standard that costs more to build and shows in every detail.
