Newly renovated three bedroom Two bath house. The home is close to town, shopping, dinning, breweries, and wineries. Very quiet neighborhood with homey feel. The house has washer and dryer, granite countertops and new appliances. There is enough parking for two cars in the drive and street parking. The square footage is about 1200 sq. ft. This is an historical area an old mill villiage that is over a hundred years old. I love the Lexington area the new wineries, breweries, High Rock lake, and many more attractions

Loved this house! Such a great job on updating and renovating this house. Kitchen was well stocked, entire house was very clean, beds were comfortable with nice linens. Home was conveniently located near grocery stores and fast food - short drive to historic downtown area. Neighborhood is not as nice as the house, but it is evident that it is a neighborhood in the process of being upgraded. Very quiet every night (except for the rooster in the one of the neighbor's yards - heard it, but didn't see it!). I would stay at this house again if ever in the Lexington area.
