The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all towels on the laundry room floor. Strip all used bedding (including duvet covers) and leave on the floor in each room. You can leave the mattress and pillow protectors on.
Gather and bag all trash. Place in bins outside of garage. All recycling goes into the blue bags and should be placed inside of the bins on top of the trash. Make sure the bins are locked.
To lock the door hold down the # key.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours: 10:00PM-8:00AM We are in a quiet neighborhood and we ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these times.
Use the lake, dock, and watercraft at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
We use a septic tank. Please only flush toilet paper and dispose of all other items (including feminine products, wipes, etc) in the trash.

Fun Laidback Getaway!

This was an amazing location and house for our three families to get together! The cousins ranging in age from 9-18 had a blast kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming and fishing on the lake. The house is well provisioned with lots of games and puzzles and plenty of space for the kids and adults to hang out when not on the lake. A lot of thought was put into making this house welcoming! We highly recommend!

Great Family Accomodations

This property was exactly as presented on VRBO and more. We were pleasantly surprised with the fully appointed kitchen with everything you might need to make meals at home including a crock pot. The garage was available for our use along with an assortment of water toys. The house was extremely clean and well maintained with high ceilings and lots of natural light. The owner was friendly and easy to contact. For any boat owners, the dock was wonderful and had receptacles for recharging trolling batteries after a day of fishing. We ended up keeping our boat in the water and stored our trailer at an RV park just down the creek. I highly recommend this property.

Summer fun!

Property was beautiful. The house is warm and welcoming with beautiful furnishings. Felt very updated and loved. Plenty of space for our four families to spread out and relax. We had nine children staying between the ages of 8-17, along with three couples. The furnishings felt new and updated. Beds were COMFORTABLE! nothing to complain about. We had access to a two car garage, there were two full size refrigerators available, as well as two mini fridges! Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware and tableware, easily accommodated us cooking for large groups. Blackstone and gas grill available! Easy cleanup. They had a very well organized home binder with helpful instructions. Plenty of linens. Beds were immaculate. Not a stain in sight. Everything felt fresh and clean. A lot of detail was made to decorate this home and we all definitely noticed. We spent all of our days on the two story dock. The cove was perfect. They had a paddle board and two kayaks available and a handful of floats. We also brought 6 more paddleboards and the kids were loving it. The house is located on a quiet section of the lake and it was perfect for paddling and floating!Also, if you’re quiet and pay attention there are white squirrels running around the property. Haven’t seen those before! We stayed a whole week and took advantage of all the amenities. Ping pong, golf setup, cornhole. Nothing bad to say!
