This home boasts an open floor plan and dark hardwood floors for a modern and rustic chic feel. It’s well decorated with new, matching English chestnut-stained aspen wood living room furniture, including a four-seat dining set perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals. The furnished balcony affords amazing views of Emerald Mountain, the Yampa Valley, and the historic Arnold Barn, so your morning coffee will be extra pleasant from this vantage point, and you won’t want to miss the vibrant western sunsets. The open kitchen has granite countertops, newer cabinets, and updated white appliances, perfect for whipping up any meal. A spacious loft, accessible by ladder-like stairs with supportive handrails, features a queen bed, dresser, and more views.
