Heritage Oaks Golf and Country Club FIRST FLOOR Condo...

Welcome to Tee Times in Paradise. This is a newly remodeled (still finishing the remodeling) 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a Den first floor condo overlooking the 13th fairway. The kitchen has new granite countertops, the second bathroom is completed (see pictures) the master is in the process. The flooring has been completed with Cortec Luxury Vinyl, freshly painted. The kitchen is wonderful with new dishes, pots pans utensils, glasses and everything needed to make it a complete working kitchen. The unit is 1433 sq ft with 2 screened in porches the back overlooks the 13th fairway. One of 5 pools is just down the street and don't be surprised to see deer roaming the property along with Sand Cranes, turtles and occasionally you might see an alligator near one of the many lakes in the community. Owners membership is transferrable during your stay with all club privileges as well. There are TV's in both bedrooms as well as a flat screen in the living area. Internet service is also provided with password protection. Please feel free to call me with any questions and as soon as all remodeling and decorations are in place I will be adding more pictures. You can always go on the Heritage Oaks Golf and Country Club site an under real estate see units that are 1433 sq ft which will give you more visuals on the floor plan of my unit. 1 month minimum .
