The owner was very sweet. His whole property was well maintained and clean. The cabin was just right for me, my husband, my mom, my daughter, and my grandson. I would highly recommend!

This cabin was wonderful and very comfortable beds, we had everything we needed and plan to come back. Best part is it’s right on the river and fishing was great. Part of the reason we chose this cabin was because air conditioning was listed under amenities, this place does not have air conditioning so that was the only downside was that part of the listing is not accurate. But nights cooled off great and we were comfortable with open windows. Thank you for a wonderful cabin!!

We apologize for the confusion. VRBO must have gone in and changed our amentities, because we've never had air conditioning in any of our properties at the ranch. With our normal average temperatures in the 70s all summer long we don't need it. We have gone back in and corrected what they changed. Again, sorry for the confusion.
