Perfect for larger groups of guests with sand toys and trailers. With 4 full bathrooms everyone can freshen up comfortably after a day on the dunes or on the lake. The property is protected from the Pacific Summer winds. Enjoy riding the dunes all day and fishing for trophy trout in the evening.

Tons of parking for your sand machines, RVs, trucks, boats and trailers. Parking is gated and locks. This home is beautifully decorated with many unique features. Trophy fishing 10 steps from your back door, sand dune riding across the street, a perfect getaway!

Best House with the Best Location

We absolutely loved this house! It had the most amazing view and was stocked with everything we needed and more. We did lots of cooking at the house and just loved that it had lots of staples, inluding appliances like a crock pot. The location is so beautiful right on the lake and our teens spent hours fishing. The kayaks and paddle board were awesome. The owners were responsive, friendly and extremely helpful. We can't wait to go back stay at this house again!

House with a. View

Awesome location for large group with multiple generations. The kids can play in the sand by the lake while the adults fish or kayak Saunders Lake. Ride to the beach from the house on your sand vehicles. Fantastic views from the living area. The young children enjoined watching the train go by during the day. It took some thought and planning but we were able to fit 5 enclosed trailers and an RV parked in front of the house. It was difficult to find a large home to house our crew and we are thankful for Jeff to offer up his beautiful home for rent.

Why they chose this property

This home sits directly on the shores of Saunders Lake and is across the street from the entrance to the sand dunes and the Pacific Ocean. Trophy fishing and trophy riding right outside you door! This home has a huge gated parking area for all of our toys!
