We stayed 35 days. Quiet location with a lovely lake-view patio—definite highlights. Initial impression was positive (welcome note, champagne), but the home shows wear.Listing says “sleeps 10,” yet the kitchen was understocked even for 6. Amenities like the community pool require owner-accompanied guest passes, which felt misleading. Owner was out of the country; his daughter was kind and responsive.Issues included: broken entry gate, fridge failure (reimbursed), clogged sinks, very noisy door hinges, unclean BBQ, and internet outage due to unpaid bill. Garage parking is recommended but no opener provided (owner did accommodate our situation).Overall, despite apologies, the experience was disappointing for the price. We visit the area often and have had better stays elsewhere. Would not return

Thank you, Dave, for taking the time to leave detailed feedback and for staying with us for 35 days. We’re glad you enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the lake-view patio, and we appreciate your kind words about the welcome touches and my daughter’s responsiveness during our absence. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. The refrigerator issue, sink drainage, gate problems, and internet interruption were certainly not the standard experience we aim to provide. Some of these issues unfortunately occurred unexpectedly during your extended stay, but we appreciate you bringing them to our attention so they could be addressed. Regarding the community amenities, the HOA has specific guest-access rules that can occasionally require owner coordination, and we understand how that may have felt inconvenient. We are also reviewing kitchen inventory and maintenance items based on your comments to improve the experience for future guests. We truly appreciate your stay and your feedback, and we wish you and your family all the best in your future travels. Terry

So BEAUTIFUL and quiet, serene - Luxury remodel looks great. Being on the Lake was better than I even thought it would be. This property has everything you would need to feel right at home. Fantastic kitchen with everything you need to cook. Loved the massage chair in the living room. But most of all, having breakfast, lunch, and dinner out on the deck overlooking the lake. It really felt like a vacation.
