Este condominio es una unidad nueva que tiene 2 dormitorios (cada uno con una cama King size) baño adjunto y una gran sala de estar y cocina. Pisos de madera capuchino oscuro y un poco de estilo de vida rural. Huele el olor de la nueva casa cuando te quedas en esta belleza. ¡Las dos camas king size son colchones de marca muy cómodos! Te encantará esta pequeña joya. Este condominio es extremadamente limpio, con una lavadora / secadora, internet y televisión regular. Hay tres televisores en la unidad (2 en cada habitación y 1 (55 pulgadas) en la sala de estar). Esta unidad también tiene un pequeño patio trasero donde puedes disfrutar del sol y descansar de correr como turista.

Great host, very accommodating

I really appreciated Nicole’s communication and helpfulness. The only issue we had in our 3 month stay was that when we arrived, her cleaner hadn’t done some cleaning and rebagging of bins. When I told Nicole, she immediately offered to have it cleaned and that anything we bought to take care of it she would reimburse. This is the kind of rapport and character that makes Vrbo work and worthwhile—genuiness and quick corrections. For our entire stay, she was always available. I highly suggest Nicole’s rentals to anyone considering and thank her very much.

Great Condo

I rented for the month of March - beginning with the tornado and ending with Covid-19. Nicole was very responsive and a joy to work with. It is close to the highways and grocery stores. I look forward to renting the condo again in the future. Thank you, Nicole!

Very quite area. Grocery store is walking distance away. Only 10 minutes away from downtown and the Grand ol Opry. We didn’t have to rent a vehicle at all. An Uber ride cost $8-$14 each way.

Great location, just what we were looking for

Took a girls trip to Nashville with 3 other girls. This condo was in a very convenient area, good parking and a good size and price for us. It is a condo but was quiet and convenient. Had everything we needed. Owner was very responsive on questions we had. Would stay there again!

Great Condo, Quiet, Excellent Location

The location of the condo was perfect. We rented a car and used it some, but we mostly ubered to our destinations. We had a difficult time finding the correct condo number because it was dark when we arrived and the lighting wasn't the best. The directions mentioned a lock box, but it was a key pad not a lock box. I called the owner and she did return my call. Thank You!! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the oven was dirty, the ceiling fans needed a good dusting ( I didn't use them because of that) and the drawer in the upstairs bathroom was dirty. It was a very quiet place to sleep at night. I would definitely return.

Prefect place for a week long stay for a tournament our daughter was playing in. Clean and comfortable and many great amenities even camp chairs to use watching the games at the fields! Washer and dryer was also a huge plus!

Perfect location, nice townhouse

We had a family girls' trip to Nashville and loved this nice townhouse. It was comfortable, clean and a perfect location. The beds are comfortable, each room has its own bathroom plus a half bath downstairs which gave us plenty of room for 4 women to prepare for our outings. Nicole was very helpful when we had problems with the Internet and didn't give up til we were all online. We loved the central location and nothing was more than 15 mins away.

The space is very functional and great for two couples. Main issue is the house could use a really good cleaning : shower drain clogged with hair, throw pillow cases not clean, baseboards grimy, cold air return vent clogged with dust. For some reason Lyft and taxi drivers have trouble finding this place. Location is great, especially if heading to the Grand ole Oprey area. Our favourite places were The Nashville Palace, Caney Fork Restaurant and The Scoreboard Bar for traditional country music, bluegrass and rockabilly.

Nice Condo close to all country music venues

condo was very nice, although sparsely furnished. Comfy beds great kitchen. Good location, close to Grand Ole Opry, Ryman Auditorium, and honky tonk venues, short drive to the Hermitage.

Great location , new property

The location was perfect for us, we were a 5-10 minute drive from everything we wanted to do. The owner was great to deal with. She was very responsive and timely. An additional benefit for us was that it was pet friendly. I do agree with the comments about the homey feel. But a few pictures on the walls here and there and a little more furniture in the bedrooms would be change that. We only used on bedroom and the bed was comfortable and having the king size was ideal. The TV is a bit small in the living room but that's not really a big deal. Located on a quiet street and near the grocery store. All in all we really loved our stay and would come back to this condo or recommend it to friends.
